Happy Eating Asian Cafe — Restaurant in Berthoud

DELICIOUS and FLAVORFUL!! We moved to Colorado three years ago and have not had "good" Chinese food since Pennsylvania...until tonight. We had the General Tso's Chicken, Cashew Nut Chicken, and Fried Rice with Chicken. I've had bad Gen Tso's way too many times before, it's fried too long and it's hard, and usually the chicken is dark meat, or worse, and chewy...that's NOT the case at Happy Eating. The General Tso's we had was perfect! It was perfectly fried using top-quality white meat chicken and the vegetables were still firm and crispy. The Cashew Chicken was also just as delicious, again with crispy vegetables. The Fried Rice had lots of chicken and plenty of flavor too. This was the first time enjoying Chinese takeout since my favorite spot back in PA. We will definitely...

We dined in tonight and ordered a whole bunch of different dishes so we could try a wide variety. Everything was EXCELLENT. Our favorites were the Orange Chicken and the Sesame Chicken - both of which are listed as hot and spicy but were not at all. They had just the right kick to add flavor and interest.
