Very unique atmosphere, at least in regards to a #Boba cafe.
Where you to walk into it, you would assume you were in a restaurant geared towards the dating crowd, musicly speaking.
The aesthetics and atmosphere is "Woody" figuratively and literally seeing as they are a hardwood exposed brick and wood 🪵 buoding.
And despite how it may look via the entrance, it is very spacious, it can easily hold upwards of 40 people and has a back patio for those interested in a little bit of outdoor eating in back, away from the noise of the main entrance and city life.
Fluorescently sepia colored lighting with chandeliers that look a little bit too fancy for the setting which makes it feel very unique for a cafe.
8 is a uniquely atmosphered and fun place to grab a simple drink or relax with a computer and maybe watch some YouTube or do your taxes at. I would honestly recommend this place for ppl who are looking for a quiet place or want to be loud with their friends and not have to worry about bothering other people.
Fun fact, you can get your drink put inside of a "bear" bottle, a bottle literally shaped like a bear that holds more than the average cups, so they charge more for the pour. However, they can also be bought independently and empty for the low cost of $3.
#Anime fans welcome, and they have figures for sale.
Cons:
Don't come here looking for food, and I'm talking even the most basic of basic like a Sandwich, they are literally less than 30 feet away from Pacific islander/East Asian resteraunt across the street from a dollar store, your better off trying to see if you can bring your own food in as long as you buy something.
However, I also note that technically, that's not really a con for most ppl cafes are not really known in part for selling high amounts of food, yes, there are candies of a Far East variety and confections, but your main focus should be the boba.
But I do again acknowledge that they could easily up the amount of items when it comes to...

They no longer sell boba here, it's just a slots place and I'm guessing a bar. The lady there just asked us if we were there for boba and told us to go to the Thai restaurant (Bodhi).
So I stumbled across this place back in May before they had their grand opening. I don't think they were actually quite opened just yet but the staff was nice enough to let me and my sister in and order. Unfortunately they didn't have any boba that day lol but I didn't miss it at all. I was so happy to hear that they only used alternative milk for the drinks since the owners are lactose intolerant. So that right there earns a extra star for me. While I didn't get to try all the options this will be my newest spot to come and enjoy wherever I...
Read moreMy family and I thought we'd check out the new Boba place and I loved the atmosphere as soon as we walked in. I had the Taro Boba, both of my kids had the Brown Sugar Boba, and hubby had the Thai Green Boba. I thought the tea was delicious and competitively priced. Next time, my son wants to try the Boba Waffle. That looked very interesting and includes a,waffle with pockets filled with....well, I won't spoil it. You gotta visit the new kid in town for yourself and bring some friends along for...
