Terrible customer service. Placed an order for delivery that they confirmed just to get a phone call from them to tell me that they were out of items and told me to remove the items in GrubHub. But the order had already been placed so I had to call, and GrubHub said the restaurant should have called. Then the food showed up and none of our requests (no cilantro, etc) were honored. Was the pastiest, driest burrito I've had in my life. And loaded with things we asked for none of. If they had at least remembered the side of sour cream I paid extra for it might not have been so bad, but when I called them up they told me I could either come pick up the sour cream or they could simply give me "free" sour cream next order, even though it wouldn't be free because I paid for it for this one. Didn't feel like jumping in my car and driving 10 minutes for a side of sour cream when I had ordered it for delivery in the first place, and they offered nothing more for me for the experience. Considering it showed up nothing like how we ordered it, I'll never know if I like this place or not. But what I actually received was terrible enough that I'm warning you potential customers by leaving this review. It was that bad, and the customer service worse...

The restaurant is so small as in literally small and tables are only a few. It is clean and the vibe is nice and casual. I was surprised after seeing their menu because there were a variety of different options for breakfast, dinner like crepes, fresh toast, tacos, tortas, quesadilla, burrito and many more including the specials. I decided what to order but the staff was a little bit off. There was no greeting at all and I felt I was talking to someone cold and serious. I wanted to dine but after seeing the staff like that I just chose to have my food for takeout. I waited for a little while until I got my order. It is pretty cheap and I am hoping that it was good. I was already home when I eat it and it is still kind of hot which is good and it also has a great portion. I got their Mexican cheeseburger with handful fries. In all seriousness, their burger was delicious and I did not expect it to be taste better like that because it is a bit cheap but it was so good. The fries are also good and well-seasoned. I was very disappointed with my visit to Brazas. I saw a menu with a Reuben on it, I didn't see it on the menu so I asked, a woman at the register of they made them. She said no. I told her I saw it on the menu. Again, no. I order two veggie quesadilla and a chicken sandwich. The order took forever about 20 mins, and I was the only customer at the time. Finally, the food is ready and bagged up to go. I walk out the door and within 10 steps the bag rips and one of the styrofoam containers falls to the ground and busts open, food all over the sidewalk. Ay this point I was just frustrated from the time it took to the poor packaging. I took it as a loss,I didn't have time to wait for a new sandwich. Also come to find out there is another restaurant less than a half block down called Brazas Pancake House that has a Reuben on the menu, you think the lady at the register could've told me there was another Brazas.
