Crumble Cookie Store Review

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a local Crumble Cookie store, and I must say, it was an experience to remember! From the moment I walked in, the warm aroma of freshly baked cookies enveloped me, instantly putting me in a good mood.

The store's layout is inviting, with a modern and cheerful design. The vibrant colors and mouth-watering displays of cookies make it hard to resist trying them all. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic, ready to help with recommendations and samples, which is always a bonus!

Now, let’s talk about the cookies. Crumble offers a rotating menu of flavors that changes weekly, ensuring there’s always something new. I sampled a few, including the classic Chocolate Chip, which was perfectly soft and gooey, and the unique, like a celebration in every bite! Each cookie is generously sized and has a delightful texture, balancing soft and chewy.

One of the highlights was the option to order cookies warm or chilled, adding a nice touch to the experience. I also appreciated the availability of gluten-free options, catering to different dietary needs without compromising taste.

Overall, my visit to Crumble Cookie was a delightful treat. The combination of delicious cookies, friendly service, and an inviting atmosphere makes it a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. I can't wait to return and try more flavors from their ever-changing menu! Highly...

IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. Crumbl cookies is already a scam as it is, but my gf wanted some so I went in, ordered three cookies and a banana pudding; a total of $16.98 and it said my card was declined, meanwhile my card was charged the full total and when I asked for a refund, the manager told me “oh it’s a glitch in the system” like I can show you where it charged me and what we got. They said it would be back on the card in 7 business days. Like why can’t I just put my card back in and get a refund RIGHT NOW. LIKE EVERYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD. Customer service sucks a$$ and no one knows what to do when it comes to helping real people and not a kiosk. DONT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED. And I’m not the only one who has said this so I know it has been a problem that they refuse to solve. Ridiculous and unprofessional to...

I ordered pre ahead for my daughter's birthday and the day I picked it up they said I did not order, they acted like I was an inconvenience for them, thank God I had the receipt or my daughter would have had nothing! When I did show them the receipt, they magically found the order that they couldn't find before. Their computers said the order was already picked up the day I pre ordered, even though the worker said she changed the date. When I spoke up they were extremely rude and acted as If it were my fault. I was treated as a problem instead of a customer. After they finally fulfilled the order, it took the joy out of my...

I had been wanting to try Crumbl since it moved in and finally got the chance this week. As I entered the store I was greeted by “welcome to crumbl!” by every employee in the store. I ordered my cookies, two chocolate chip and two peanut butter with chocolate icing, and by the time I turned around they were already being brought to the counter. Quick service and a friendly atmosphere was, for me, the best part. They are quite large but also pricey. I found the cookies a bit too oily for my liking. I doubt that I will return as homemade style cookies are more my taste.

Make sure you check your cookies - they handed me a closed box and I didn't think anything of it, but my honeycake cookie was completely missing all toppings (icing, everything). I am a bit of a drive out and was really disappointed when I got home.

I was excited to try Crumbl cookies that newly opened a location in Bethel Park! I’ve had two orders delivered which was a very easy, fast, efficient experience and the delivery drivers were kind! The cookies are delicious as well! 🍪😋
