Crumbl cookies is already a scam as it is, but my gf wanted some so I went in, ordered three cookies and a banana pudding; a total of $16.98 and it said my card was declined, meanwhile my card was charged the full total and when I asked for a refund, the manager told me “oh it’s a glitch in the system” like I can show you where it charged me and what we got. They said it would be back on the card in 7 business days. Like why can’t I just put my card back in and get a refund RIGHT NOW. LIKE EVERYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD. When I did show them the receipt, they magically found the order that they couldn't find before.
