Bethel Park Papa johns have gone so down hill! Service is terrible! Delivery is terrible. I feel they take advantage of you....Ever since covid, you have to order and pay online which includes tip online. I tip 15% to 20% and get terrible service every time!. Beyond terrible. I live less than 1/2 mile from the store...they send text they are on the way but takes over 30 minutes to get the food to you! Where they going? Everywhere but my house?!...Because I live so close - I am last v first--instead of being direct or almost first...I am the last stop and on the way BACK to the store! They drive all over Bethel.Park delivering and then hit me up on their way back to the store....GREAT! Cold pizza! Y have the tracker? They send text saying they on the way..but they are really not!!! They are going to deliver pizza everywhere else/every other order! Wow! Bad service for what you think is convenient pizza. Papa John's is not all that...I order it because it is online and close to my house...but I can order somewhere else farther away...and it will still take 60 minutes! Lately each order is over one hour from order to delivery, but they text you saying..on way..and it is another 30 minutes? Crazy! Cold pizza....if you are that behind or only one driver on a Monday night at 10p. let me know, I will come get it. And have hot pizza in 5 minutes v. your 30 minutes and...
Read moreI am a food delivery driver. On 01/08/2022 around 2:30 pm. As I entered the shop no one was by the register. Naturally I went by the dough area and said I have a pickup. And the 2 workers that was casually talking said stay by the cash register so I went there. One of the female workers came and asked what is the name on the order. I said Cris B. She told me the a dollar amount that I am supposed to pay. I explained to her I am not suppose to pay for the food I just deliver it. (I was mid sentence explaining her) Al of a sudden she starts listing the food items that’s in that order. She was almost yelling and saying it slowly at the same time, as if I’m mentally ill and not understanding. I told her again I’m an Uber deliver driver. Then it registered. She realized her mistake. She found my order and gave it to me. I asked if she is ok. She yelled have a good day Cris. I asked if I can talk to a manager. She said she is the manager. It blew my mind. If a manager is this respectful then there is no point. I said I will be contacting her supervisor she said would you like a number? I said no thank you I will find it. She is the face of the business....
Read moreI call and order delivery last night around 11:30pm. They closed and midnight. I ordered over the phone and actually spoke with a person instead of the automated system. I told them I was paying cash and she said thank you we will see you in about 36-46 minutes. I waited an hour and a half before I went somewhere else, they never showed, and when I called they were closed. Fast forward to today, I call to complain about the night before and speaking with a manager he showed no express for concern and the reply I got was “I have to talk to who took the order last night so I will call you tomorrow. Of no help and the only way he might call me back tomorrow is because I’m leaving this review and saying if I didn’t leave this review I probably wouldn’t hear back. If I could rate 0...
