Last evening, my wife placed a family order to go. The woman at the register was very patient and friendly. Once home, two sandwiches were missing from the order. She called and spoke to the closing manager and was offered to comeback and they would replace the missing items or they would leave a voucher for her to return. It was too late to go back. Today, she decided to place another order and added on the sandwiches which she was told were "free." FREE is NOT getting what you paid for last night that was missing from your order. 1st time visiting this location. The staff was nice but my food (chicken tortalini alfredo) had no chicken and was cold. My frozen mocha tasted like berries. I told the employee that made it and told her I have a strawberry allergy and she said she had no idea why it would taste that way and offered to remake it. It still tasted like berries and not like mocha at all. I got tired of having to complain about my order. And just threw the drink away. Purchased a bowl of onion soup, Extremely disappointed. Almost $9 and the bowl was a bit over half full! Manager “Belinda” refused to honor my buy one get one for $5 coupon which does not expire until 10/31/. She told me that it had to be used for a mobile order! NO WHERE in the fine print does it say that! I hope Panera is one of the places that is punished by the government for price gouging.
