I purchased an LG Thinq stackable washer and dryer on 3/30. I asked the salesman if it was guaranteed that it worked. He said yes they are all tested. So we made the purchase and took it home. Got it all set up and the dryer didn’t work at all. Tested the washer and the hose leaked everywhere. By this point the store was closed so I called the next morning.

I spoke with Wade and explained the problems. He said he’d talk to the salesman and call me back which he did. I again explained exactly what was going on with it because he forgot exactly what the issues were. He said he’d call the next morning and let me know when he could come fix it. The next morning comes and no call so I call the store and speak to him again. He said he totally forgot. I explain the issue again and he says he will come take a look at it. He arrives with no parts to fix it. He thinks it’s the control panel but he’s got to go back to the store to get one. We mention again that the hose is also leaking. He comes back and the control panel does get the dryer to turn on but the display doesn’t work properly and he still didn’t bring a hose for the leaky one. So now he says he will come back again the next day. After discussing it with my husband we decided to just return it. The fact that it didn’t work from the start was concerning enough but seeing the “repair process” really sealed the deal. I have a feeling this thing would constantly breakdown and I’d be dealing with this repair situation often.

Definitely won’t be purchasing there again nor would I...

The store is spacious and calm, and my son and I were greeted with smiles as soon as we entered. Leona was so friendly and knowledgeable, as she showed us our options. Once I made my selection, they worked with me on delivery timing, as I was in a bind. They employ their own delivery people, so no rolling of the dice with a third party. Communications throughout the process happened exactly as promised, and the removal/delivery process went well. The establishment itself was okay, I got a good deal on my new washer and dryer set. However be EXTREMELY cautious of who delivers your appliances.. specifically Tariq. He charged me $175 to install my washer and dryer and claimed to “fix” a pipe that he INSISTED would bust if I ran the washer. Claimed to be a licensed plumber and me a naive female not knowing any better believed him. After getting second opinions he scammed me and when I confronted him about it he denied everything.
