I had the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life at any Restaurant or Chipotle..
Last night at almost 6pm I went and order my dinner I asked for spicy one spoon the lady added 2 big spoon when I told her only one she got little plastic led and removed some of the spices.. she said is that ok. I felt bad for her so she doesn't have to throw away or pay out of her money.
Then I paid. I asked her for CUP š¶ she said we are out of cups then I said ok can I get soda she said yes I can give cup for that
When I told her how come you give me cup for Soda but not for free water Tap she tolds me the manger said so.
I asked for the manager. She said we are out of free water cups if you want water you have to buy water bottle..
I was shocked and people were shocked from how rude her answer..
I told her that doesn't sound correct..
Then I told her you know what I do not need to eat from this place any more and return your food for you.. keep it until you give customer free water Tap.. When she asked me what is wrong with your food I told her what have happened from her stuff adding too much spicy and I accepted not because I like but only because I do not want to throw away.. But since you are have zero customers service I do not want anything from this location anymore..

Despite Google listing their opening hours as 10:45 am to 11 pm, I arrived at 9:00 pm to find the doors already locked and the staff unwilling to serve me, claiming they were closing. However, when I passed by later on my way home, I noticed the restaurant still open and staff members gathered inside. This inconsistency in adhering to their stated hours is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their professionalism.
On another occasion, I visited Chipotle at 8:30 pm, ordered my food, and ate peacefully. However, when I requested to use the restroom at 9:15 pm, I was abruptly informed that it was already closed, despite there being ample time before the supposed closing time. This lack of consideration for customer needs is disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service standards.
It appears that this Chipotle location lacks effective management or oversight. The disregard for stated operating hours and inconsistent treatment of customers reflect poorly on the establishment's reputation. I hope that Chipotle addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more positive and reliable customer experience...

My receipt wasn't even printed until 1:29 p.m and the "promise ready to pick up time" is 1:00 p.m. I walked into the store at 1:20 p.m. When someone finally decided to pay attention to me and asks me what I needed, I told them that I am waiting on an order because the pickup order shelves were empty. I showed the cashier my order on the app and even gave her my phone. And she said "I don't see your name what's your name?" Even though I had already given my name, I showed her under my account setting my name. That's when she printed off the receipt to give it to one of the assembly line people to make. I'm sorry. If I wanted to watch my food being made, I would have placed the order in the restaurant. Not on the app. This literally null and voids the purpose of your app if your employees can't fulfill pick up orders. On top of all of this, I never got an apology or anything.
