Date of Visit: 7/13/23 8pm(EST) - To start off I was really excited to get pizza from this establishment with my girlfriend and a friend from out of town. After we ordered everything went downhill from there. I ordered the Maverick Pizza and my girlfriend the Hot Honey Pizza. Little did we know that the 1st employee taking our order before putting it in the oven was incapable of communicating to the 2nd employee whose sole job was to put the toppings on the pizza according to our order.
APPARENTLY you need to tell the 2nd guy what goes on the pizza even though we ordered from the menu and it tells you exactly what goes on it. Because once we sat down to eat, hardly any of the toppings was on the hot honey pizza and there were toppings missing from mine.
When I went back to get some pesto sauce that was supposed to be on my maverick pizza and hot honey on my girlfriends, the guy working at the toppings counter had the audacity to try and charge me a $1 for each, even though he was the one, which I told him, was the one that forgot to add the toppings on our pizzas. This employee then tried to argue with me in stating that my girlfriend didn't want any of the toppings on her pizza? I told him as well I had to tell him went on my pizza, which he continued to argue if I wanted these "extra" toppings aka the hot honey and pesto sauce, I needed to pay $2. I walked away because it was not worth it.
Besides all that, the soda machine was broken and tasted terrible.
Cleanliness: The inside of the restaurant was disgusting, empty pizza boxes stacked high on the trash can, and the bathroom was appalling.
Customer Service: 0/10, I wish I could leave this place 0 stars. I want my money back. Avoid this location...
Read moreVery good pizza (when they make it right), but the employees at this store in particular have horrendous attitudes, worst I’ve ever seen. They sigh, roll their eyes, and condescend right to your face if they aren’t in the mood to work, which they clearly never are. Very bad service every time I come, makes it hard to come back. Not to mention they have messed up over half of my online orders and proceed to make me feel responsible. Overall very unfortunate that they drive away customers like they do as their food is very good.
Update: I gave this shop another chance because I missed the pizza, and I was received by a MANAGER who couldn’t listen to simple instructions much less even make eye contact. Not only is he a sassy insecure little man, but I asked for only two toppings he messed up one of them. I asked for a “few pieces of spinach not many” and he drowned it.. i couldn’t even see the pizza anymore. A manager.. so either he didn’t listen or he heard me and intentionally did the opposite. Both are a bad look. Not to mention I’m scared to correct him because when I have before he reacted with anger (????) rather than understanding. I’m nothing but kind when I go in but consistently I’m met with disrespect and a blatant lack of effort and care. I’ve never left a review before but it’s now 2 negative reviews for this place because I’ve genuinely never experienced such horrible service and horrible employees, it is insane. I implore everyone to avoid this hub of negativity...
Read moreAfter waiting in line for over 30 minutes, we got up to the counter, where we were informed by the manager on duty they had so many back online orders, they were unable to take any more walk-in customers. When we expressed disappointment, they expressed their own frustration and said lack of staff had created incredible stress for their entire team. While many customers left (with others turned away upon arrival), we stayed and were soon joined by "Aaron", who identified himself as "VP for Operations". When informed of the issue, his response was, "So yes, our promotion was very popular and we have many locations". We ended up paying for pizza which we didn't receive and the one we did get was not well-prepared. If this had been our first bad experience at this location, we would have been more empathetic; however, previous visits have been characterized by "I'm sorry, we're out of dough" to "I'm sorry, we're out of mushrooms", etc. The concept is good and if success only depended on the staff, it would be fine, as they genuinely care about customers; however, &pizza (at this location) needs someone from the corporate office to address the issues and do a better job of responding to those who express disappointment. Fortunately, there are other (similar) options nearby, so we'll only return if we're not really counting on their being able...
