Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bethlehem

I’m not sure who is running this Dunkin at this point but the service went down hill & it looks run down. I normally go through drive thru and recently, I’ve been told the “system or computer system isn’t working” so I have to go in the store if I want to order. Firstly, my son is on the spectrum so drive thru is convenient for me. Secondly, if the computer system WAS down why the hell would I go into the store when you can clearly ring me up?? The system isn’t down, your employees are LAZY and they don’t want to do their jobs. Everytime I come here they always have excuses why they can’t take orders and have bad attitudes. To add to this, they’re blasting music and talking to each other while customers are standing around and at the window. If you’re the owner of this Dunkin you need an entire new staff. If you’re wondering why you have no business sales it’s because your staff members morning AND second shift are deliberately sending customers away. As someone who works everyday with the general public, I love my coffee. It’s such a shame what has happened to this location but I’ll take my business else where. Things are too expensive to just be throwing away our money or spending our money where we are not appreciated....

The customer service is absolutely astonishing. We went through the drive thru and we immediately were aware of the workers attitude. As we were ordering, he was very impatient and difficult with. He didn’t try and hide the fact that he was very impatient and annoyed with us. When it was time for us to pull up he was acting the same with other people being us. Rolling his eyes and laughing at them. I understand that they were understaffed but he could’ve gone a little nicer with it. I work at a place where sometimes it’s one or two of us and we don’t we are never rude with the customers, because we like to treat them like their family, this man was didn’t even try to be nice. Kept us hunny like we were children. Sir, we came to order food at dunkin, and if you don’t agree with that then find a different career. Ps stand up when you’re working. The other 2 poor workers were actually working and trying to do the whole line of orders, while still being kind. They deserve a raise. Just so the boss knows who these workers were: they worked around 1pm on Monday...

If i had it my way I'd give this dunkin a half of a star. First of all i ordered an iced macchiato and when i got to the window and after already paying i wasnt even charged for the macchiato. I asked the drive thru young man if he charged me for the macchiato at first he said yes, but then he looked again and realized he hadnt. He asked me what was it i wanted, i told him again that it was a small iced macchiato w/ sugar and 2 coconut shots. After waiting several minutes he proceeded to hand me a HOT CAPPUCCINO. that is not even close to the item i asked for. i told him that wasn't what i ordered and he asked me again what it was. Then after waiting several more minutes, i was handed something that i was told was my macchiato it wasnt. I was a block from my house when i tasted my supposed macchiato and it was disgusting. It tasted like a decaf mess. I will NOT be returning to this location, ever! I felt bad for the young man on drive thru he was being yelled at by other employees and no one even bothered to take a moment...
