Yooooo. We just walked out and I already have to leave a wordy review. Service was kind and accommodating. Kitchen staff wanted to know if we enjoyed everything as first-timers - which we did. But the food… That vegan poutine! Perfection! I’ve had poutine from Montreal to Toronto and this contends with the best of them. The gravy is light but fragrant and herby (rosemary, yum). I got it on the side because I usually don’t like mushroom, so I was nervous, lol. But I ended up pouring it all on. If you like a more ‘whole food’ or natural approach to your vegan dishes, this one is creative and hits the mark. The cashew cheese curds are honestly what sold me on choosing to come here. Bravo for going that route. It complements the dish exactly how it’s meant to: a creamy, cheesy bite, with no extra processed garbage or crazy/weird taste. And we love us some (micro)greens. They delivered on the extra crispy fries, too. Left feeling full with a “small”. Would definitely get this again! Especially if they opt for any future varieties on the cashew curds, like a smoky chipotle, or other fun vegan-friendly toppings like caramelized onion or bacon bits (which are usually just TVP). I’d love to see a couple extra vegan options since this one was so great, but this one alone is worth going back for. You’re doin’ it right!! Happy vegan, here. :)

I remember my 4th grade teacher told me about when he went to Canada and he tried this dish that was smothered in gravy had bacon cheese and other toppings so when I searched up food near me and seen you guys had the dish he mentioned when I was in the fourth grade I knew I had to try it. I tried the classic poutine. As an American that never tried this dish before I understand the hype and it’s very very good 9/10. Now let me talk about this Canadian COWBOY BURGER. MY GOD!!!! The burger is a mixture of brisket and ground beef !!!!! What ?!? Like who thinks of something on that level of deliciousness, how creative , how mouth watering. I have never had a burger that decadent in my life. I am sad because I will now never be satisfied with a burger again in my life. I’ll insert my photo but be away I already ate half the entire thing then I remember to snag a photo. (I recommend getting jalapeños on the side so you can put a jalapeño on each bite you take😂)

I'm from Northern New York State (where we're Borderline Canadien) and I was on a self guided foodie tour from Southeastern Pennsylvania up to Northeastern Pennsylvania. After recently being denied access to Canada I decided I had to make a stop here to try some Montreal Smoked Meat and their Poutine. The Montreal Smoked Meat was PHENOMENAL and Authentic! The Poutine was really good and the gravy wasn't just plain beef. Was the Poutine Quebecois?... not from my experience but still Authentic Canadian. The restaurant is amazingly designed and decorated and the staff was wonderful! If I were to go again I would ask them to hold the salt on the fries, the gravy has enough for me personally. My only critique would be that the Cheese Curds could have been more fresh and local. I like mine extra squeaky! I highly recommend this place and I really hope to be able make it back again one day.

So let me share sometime....at the Celtic Fest in Bethlehem PA today. Long time favorite! A newer favorite has been The Flying V....today though i stood in a long line to get a favorite dish. Finally next in line! BUUUUT...the people in front of me are....what they are.....require assistance, the young man handling the register couldnt provide...he got someone....handled finally, but i have to tell you the Young lady to the rescue handled herself perfectly, professionally, and asked simply for a like on social media....my guess is ,its not coming! So here i am, giving you your just desserts! The same young lady handed me my food and i had to ask....do you work here? Or are you invested somehow? She replied "i own this" of. Course she did! Handled perfectly! They deserve your business, the food is spectacular! And i can only say that if you have an employee that had that level of professionalism and work ethic....God, dont let them go!! Bravo young lady! I am a...
