HOCAA BUBBLE TEA（Bethlehem） — Restaurant in Bethlehem

I have to start by saying I LOVE this place, their drinks are top tier and the food is delicious too. I’ll never go to any other place for milk tea after discovering Hocaa. My only issue and the reason I’m rating it two stars is every time I’ve gone there, I’ve waited 30+ minutes for one or two drinks. I work in the service industry so I totally understand and never minded until today. Today, I called ahead to order 2 drinks and a bubble waffle because I wanted to skip the wait. The nice girl on the phone told me 10-15 minutes, I got there in 30. My drinks were made but my waffle wasn’t so I thought no big deal they probably want to make it when the customer gets there because the ice cream will melt. As soon as I got there, I was told 3 minutes for it. Then 10 minutes pass by and a waffle is served to another customer, I’m pretty sure it was mine but they don’t have a system saying it’s for a pick up order or anything so another lady took it. Now I’m waiting 15 minutes and I ask how long it’s going to take, she says it’s being made right now. I ended up having to leave because I had to be somewhere, I’m just disappointed in the lack of organization and time management within the establishment. I think it could be an easy fix by implementing a system that displays the order in which the food/drinks should go out and maybe a number or name system. Again, I love this place so much but I had to leave a review because what I experienced tonight was pretty ridiculous. :( UPDATE: they fixed everything, haven’t had any other issues. Luv...

I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances, my husband and I used to come here all the time but after today I am done! They gave us the wrong drink. My husband came back to the car gave me the drink. We didn’t take a sip out of it and we noticed it looked different, but we thought they were out of the lids instead of the toffee milk tea they gave us the coffee milk tea. My husband went in to tell them their mistake, and they wanted the drink back, she asked my husband if he took a sip out of it and he said no and she put it in the back. What are they gonna do with that drink resell it I don’t like that at all I am not returning. They didn’t even have the toffee milk tea so we had to pay for a drink we didn’t even want. I’ve given this place too many chances. I’m just confused as to why she asked why we drank it then took it in the back?? Just throw it out then why do you need to ask?? I didn’t even want the drink we didn’t even order that one anyway I couldn’t even drink the one we got because I was grossed out i don’t like how that question was asked.
