This place is located right off of Santa Monica Blvd, very small but it always catches your eye with its famous Best Vanilla Latte in town sign. We must have passed by that place at least 10 times and were finally able to come in for their lattes. Inside they have maybe 4 tables, few outside tables , plain interior with menu sign on their wall. They also offer small bakery items and few pre packaged drink options as well as a whole young coconut. So we got the coconut and of course their vanilla latte. Our drink order was made pretty quick within 5 min and we also enjoyed a fresh young coconut which is always delicious. So their Vanilla latte is good, it was a perfect blend of espresso and a perfect amount of milk with just enough sweetness from vanilla syrup. I mean we enjoyed it very much as it was just how we like it but there was nothing special about it. Will we order it again if we happen to pass by? Yes . Will we make a special trip to come get it? Probably not.
I'm sure their other coffee items are great as well so if you happen to be in the area on a hot day, grab one of their iced lattes for sure but don't expect something out of this world just because they have a sign that says best Vanilla latte in town...also it's hard to find parking there, obviously it is Beverly Hills and right on the Main Street so have that in...
Read moreWorse experience ever! I ordered their new beverage that was advertised. Cashier said it is the most popular. I asked her to give me half the ice as she explained the cup is full of ice. So I agreed to half a cup of ice. The lady then says "we charge an extra dollar for half the ice" I asked why and she says "since we are adding half the ice that means we need to add more liquid. Thus charging you a dollar extra for half the ice. I told the lady "that is absurd, fill it up with ice instead". Next thing you know she says your total is $7.50. Expensive!!! I immediately canceled the order and ordered an iced cold brew. First of all $7.50 for a small beverage is absurd. Not to mention the cup if filled with ice making it a watered down beverage. You're basically paying $7.50 for water. Or you can pay a dollar extra for half the ice!!! Worse experience ever!!!! Never going...
Read moreWe are tourists, went and got coffee and sat down outside by the patio when our 3 year old said he needed to use the bathroom. I rushed inside to figure where the bathroom is, and the barista started screaming “No no no, no bathroom!” I expressed I am customer, assuming she thought we just walked in. She went out to say “Get out, just get out” This is when I realized they didn’t have bathrooms, period and apparently I was standing in an area where customers weren’t allowed. I absolutely was horrified, but what hit me was a simple, sorry you’re not allowed to walk here would have solved such a big issue. I was unaware and none of this was intentional but the way she screamed at me in front of store full of people, I will never forget! I regret being a customer where staff have no...
