The food is delicious. I have been in many different locations. Service has been always great, until today. I seat down in one of the outside tables at the Sunset Blvd location. Mona, was the server that supposed to be the one taking my order. Since the very beginning, without even talking to me she had this negative attitude. I asked for the menu, she was so rude. I waited around 10 min. Nothing happened. Then, I said I'm ready, and she responded just wait, very very rude. I waited 6 more minutes, and she came to take the order of another table, that got there after me. I was just a second of leaving. I move to another table, just because i love their food.Gaby and Enrique were my new servers, they were really nice. If Mona dosent enjoy her job, she should move on. Any customers lost, is really hard to get back and there word of mouth can really affect the business bottom line. I had a catering business, and one employee can really affect the business reputation. Hope management take this seriously. Food was excellent as usual. I order the goat cheese an mushrooms omelet, americano, chocolate croissant and the apricot jam. All delicious. Mona, almost really messed up my experience. Gaby and Enrique saved the day.
Before I left I complained to 2 other employees. Mona, was there and she had the nerve to tell me that I should have left.
She really has an attitude. It takes years to get a reputation for a business, having employees like her, it will destroyed it in a second. She should not be working for a company that cares about their customers. If you are a customer and Mona is going to be your server, just choose another restaurant. She can really mess up ...
Read moreIt's a shame how awful this place has become. The place leaves a ton to be desired. Also, they are no longer fully organic but still charge premium prices (funny how no mention of this was made to customers. They simply removed the word "organic" from their servers' T-shirts).
The last time I was there, I ordered a dish with red sauce. I took one night and knew something was wrong. I called the server over and asked him to smell the food, in case I was wrong. He took one sniff and gagged. The sauce had gone bad. Very very bad. My meal was replaced, but it didn't make a difference. My appetite was shot.
I contacted corporate and they could not have cared less. They denied the whole thing, even though their own server confirmed it. They decided to do nothing to maintain my patronage and told me their decision was "final."
Pathetic customer service and very poor quality food. For a discerning community like Beverly Hills, this place falls very very...
Read moreThis bakery chain is originally from Belgium and has locations around the world. They focus on fresh-baked breads, pastries, and light meals in a casual setting.
Here's what I like about Le Pain Quotidien:
Healthy Focus: They use natural ingredients and whole grain breads whenever possible. Variety: They offer a wide variety of breads, pastries, sandwiches, salads, and tartines (open-faced sandwiches on bread). Breakfast & Lunch: LPQ is a good option for breakfast or lunch, with menus featuring items like egg scrambles, oatmeal, and quiche. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind:
Limited Dinner Options: Their menu options are more geared towards breakfast and lunch. Price: LPQ can be a bit pricier than some other fast-casual...
