Kreation Organic Juicery — Restaurant in Beverly Hills

So I just came in today and I've never received such a horrible experience, I'm not sure if the guy attending me is homophobic or what his problem is but as soon as I came inside the store he did not acknowledge me at all, no greeting nothing. I had to say hello 👋!! To finally get him to take my order , then I ask him what kind of sweetners do they have for like a iced matcha drink, he then tells me it's vanilla powder that's pre Sweetened already, I ask him if I can ask for something different he says "what do you mean?" In a very condescending manner, and I say " yeah, like If I want an ice matcha with like oat milk and honey?" He says "oh yea u want that?" Like what? That's why I was asking for the different sweetners he could have informed me when I asked, he just didn't seem like he wanted to help me at all. I had to literally dig it out of him because my friend told me she gets her iced matcha her way and she gets agave sweetner, so he finally says yes we do have different sweetners and he tells me the different ones they have. THEN 2 ladies after me order smoothies he then proceeds to finish their drinks and hand it to them personally as I am standing waiting for my drink which I had ordered before them. 10/10 for Kreation on Santa Monica Blvd.! This location of Kreation in Beverly Hills on Santa Monica Blvd. is easily one of my favorite stops whenever I'm in the area. The shop is always spotlessly clean, and as always, the food is absolutely delicious. I give the entire experience a solid 10 out of 10! What truly sets this location apart is the impeccable service. I've visited three times, and on two of those occasions, a young man named Alex helped me. Alex is fantastic—so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Honestly, his people skills are next level; he knows his stuff and actually got me to buy more than I needed, but I truly enjoyed the conversation! As a manager myself, I can easily recognize high-level talent, and I honestly thought Alex was the manager of the store—he had me fooled! I have kreation 3-5 x a week from the Venice, Marina Del Rey and Brentwood. A friend brought me a strawberry chia yogi and it tasted foul. I have the chia cups almost always. I called the Beverly Hills kreation asking if i can exchange since it didn’t taste “right”. They told me no , you have to go back to where it was bought. I explained it was bought at their 3rd street and i was driving past Beverly Hills, still told No. i shared this happened once before with a Brentwood location and i was in Venice and they so kindly told me “no problem come in and we will be sure you get a new one.
