came in and ordered 3 Dubai shakes due to recommendations from an instagram influencer and was very displeased in fact everyone of us whom I purchased it for hated it I called an shift manager by the name of JERRY he reassured more than once I could come the next day to get a full refund of 32.98 once I came back to location and I live in Lancaster ca but visiting my ill mother in Compton ca and he was aware that I did not live in area I was under dressed so I had my niece go in and get the refund for me he denied saying any of this to me over the phone I came inside immediately humiliating myself because I was under dressed and customers were looking at me he then proceeded to lie to my face and gave me the contact card to the general manager I emailed the general manager JUSTIN MARTINEZ no response so I called TODAY and he refuses to help me out completely because he said he believes and is confident in his staff and feels my altercation with JUSTIN when I came back to the store for the refund he promised ME I guess was inappropriate I gave him pictures of the shakes in full also in dumpsters I gave him timing I gave him more than enough he could run cameras back and see I was under dressed and embarrassed I feel very racially profiled!! I went here during my visit in LA from Humboldt on the way back home and got the cookies and cream shake which was insanely good, definitely one of the best i’ve had in a while. The store was super clean even with how busy it was. The staff were extremely helpful and kind when my mom’s boyfriend left his phone in the bathroom the day we were flying back home. We had literally gotten to the airport before he realized it was missing. We called and they offered to ship it back to us for free. Idk what's happened to shake shack but this is not thr shake shack I remember. It was all bland. Yes its been a couple of years since I've been but it's so bland and why do they not put the shake shack sauce on the burgers anymore? Why do I have to request it. Same with the one in San Diego 2 yrs ago. The ones in Dubai are 100 times better. The snickerdoodle shake tastes like warm salty cinnamon milk. It was all melted and salty and warm. How?
