From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the trendy yet cozy atmosphere. The stylish space exudes a unique charm that sets it apart from other coffee shops.

I ordered a latte, which was expertly crafted and absolutely delicious. My wife tried the oat draft latte for the first time and was instantly smitten. It’s easy to see why it’s so popular. The quality of their coffee is truly outstanding.

What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick, making us feel welcome and valued as customers.

The overall ambiance of La Colombe is something special. It strikes the perfect balance between trendy and comfortable, making it an ideal spot for both quick coffee runs and longer, leisurely visits. I’m fascinated by how La Colombe has its servers stationed right in the heart of the shop, where they work diligently to prepare coffee. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, this place is a must-visit.

Quaint coffee shop that has oat milk, silky smooth lattes, and space for getting work done or just having a casual conversation. You order at the counter (they do take credit cards) and then pick up your order on the side. They do have some pastries (the peanut butter cookies are very large, and the right amount of chewy) but this isn’t a place to grab a meal. The oat milk latte on tap is really smooth and velvety, and it’s really cool that it’s dairy free. They have a pretty solid selection of teas as well - the genmaicha one is my favorite. Some might think it’s too bitter, but it’s really cleansing after a long weekend. Otherwise, I’ll usually get a chai latte with oat milk. There’s only a slight tinge if sweetness but it’s warm and comforting to drink on a cold day (even when the cold day is only in the 60s). I only ordered a pour over Ethiopia Yirgacheffe on this visit, but I can say their food (i.e., third-party muffins, pastries, etc.) looked to be of decent quality. Everyone working here was friendly, happy to "talk shop," and had zero coffee bar arrogance. None of these are a given in Beverly Hills, so I was pleasantly surprised. My coffee came to $6 after tip which isn't egregious by today's standards. I'd say the coffee was very good if not a little on the thin side. This was a lighter roast which may be partly to blame, but it didn't have the complexity I'm used to from pour overs.
