Roast Beijing Sliced-Skin Duck- this was absolutely incredible! The duck was so tender and flavorful with perfectly crispy skin that crackled with each bite. You could taste the quality and traditional preparation - it was so fresh and authentic. The meat was juicy and fell apart beautifully, and the crispy skin added amazing texture.

Honey Walnut Shrimp- this was so good! The shrimp were perfectly cooked and you could tell how fresh they were. The honey walnut sauce was sweet and creamy with the perfect consistency, and the candied walnuts added this amazing crunch. Every bite was perfectly balanced.

Seafood Fried Rice- loved this! The rice was perfectly cooked with so much fresh seafood throughout - you could taste the ocean freshness in every bite. The wok hei (breath of the wok) was incredible and gave it that perfect smoky flavor. Everything was so fresh and flavorful.

Chicken Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumplings)- these were amazing! The dumplings were perfectly steamed and so delicate. When you bite into them the hot soup just bursts out - it’s like a little flavor explosion. The chicken filling was so fresh and well-seasoned, and the dumpling wrapper was paper-thin perfection.

Beef Wrap- this was really good! The beef was so tender and fresh with incredible flavor. The vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the wrap held everything together perfectly. You could taste how fresh all the ingredients were.

Hot Green Tea- the perfect drink to go with all this delicious food! So fresh and aromatic, it helped cleanse the palate between dishes and complemented everything beautifully.

Mango Pudding- such a perfect way to end the meal! It was so smooth and creamy with fresh, vibrant mango flavor. You could tell it was made with real mangoes - so light and refreshing after all the amazing dishes.

Everything was so fresh and delicious! The quality was absolutely amazing and you can tell they really care about using the freshest ingredients and authentic preparation methods. The service was also incredible - the staff was so attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The ambience was perfect too, creating such a welcoming and comfortable dining experience.

They’re also available on DoorDash which is so convenient for when you’re craving this incredible fresh Chinese food at home! Can’t wait to come back to try their dim sum and live seafood - I’ve heard it’s absolutely amazing!

Returning to one of my go-to Chinese restaurants—and it absolutely lives up to expectations every single time.

Ordered the Juicy Chicken Xiao Long Bao, and wow, they never fail to impress. The broth inside is so flavorful, and you can really taste how fresh they are.

The Chow Mein today was next level—it had that authentic wok hei and the ideal chew that I always look for.

I had to get the Eggplant with Garlic Sauce again—it’s just that good. The eggplant melts in your mouth, and the garlic sauce is out of this world.

The French Style Steak? Always a winner. I get that it might seem unexpected at a Chinese restaurant, but you have to try it!

And of course, we got the Peking Duck—the skin was crackling crisp, and wrapped in those soft pancakes with scallions… pure perfection. No wonder it’s one of their classics.

Shoutout to Jack, the manager, who’s always so welcoming and makes everyone feel right at home. Thanks for another great experience!

This place never misses when it comes to taste and consistency. Seriously, if you haven’t been, you’re missing...

Who eats Chinese Food in Beverly Hills?

You will want to now since @mamalusdumplinghouse made its mark off of La Cienega Blvd next to Lawry’s.

Mama Lu’s is bringing all the authentic flavors from The SGV and Chinatown to Beverly Hills. If you think PF Chang’s at the Beverly Center was real Chinese Food, you are about to wake up to REAL AUTHENTIC CHINESE flavors in your mouth! You will taste the difference and be like where has this flavor been in all of my life! Feel free to pick and choose what I ate with my friends. We were celebrating new friendships and we went all out! Plus service is fantastic.

I need everyone to know this isn't your average dumpling house. This isn't din tai fung. It's much more. There is so many more selection of dishes and choices to choose from. I grew up with this kind of food. My favorite dish here is the seafood pan fried noodle. You won't find this kind of noodle anywhere in the area. They're crispy egg noodles with deliciously luscious sauce. I also ordered a Chrysanthemum tea and it was so soothing. This is my go-to spot for chinese comfort food. They have tons of great dishes like the green onion pancake, shrimp with scrambled egg, hot and sour soup, spicy salt pork chops, ha gao, mapo tofu. The list goes on and on. This has to be the most authentic Chinese restaurant in Beverly Hills. The people are really nice here be nice to them. They speak mandarin. It's super family friendly or if you want a nice dinner out. I highly recommend.
