Edit: Sprinkles reached out to me and apologized and promised they told their team to be more careful going forward - i really appreciated that!!!
I pre-ordered one vegan and one normal red velvet cupcake with the graduation cap decor to give as a gift for two friends I wanted to surprise and when I went to pick it up the boxes were not marked so I called the guy who had just handed me the cupcakes to ask which one the vegan one was. The guy said "oh the vegan one has a V on top" and I said "where cause I can't find anything on the box" and he said "on the cupcake" so then I told him that it won't have a V on top because I ordered it with the graduation decor and he said "well the vegan one smells like coconut" and I thought ok I guess I'll figure it out. But then after I hung up it dawned on me that he might have given me the wrong cupcakes so I checked and instead of my pre-ordered ones with the graduation cap they just gave me one regular and one vegan red velvet... so I went back and told him and he said "let me check" and took my bag back. When he came back out (after he clearly just took off the regular decor and put on the graduation cap decor, that I by the way paid extra for) he just handed it to me and said "here you go" - no sorry, nothing, and he still had not indicated which one the vegan one was when he clearly knew that that mattered to me. It wasn't even busy so I can't even blame it on that. Very dissapointing. And also i obviously pre-ordered it with the graduation cap for a purpose. If I just wanted plain cupcakes i could've just bought it regularly. So when I called the first time and he had JUST handed me what he clearly knew were regular cupcakes and I told him on the phone I ordered the grad decor then why did he not say oh I'm sorry I believe we have you the wrong ones??? Why did I have to open the box which was supposed to be a present to find that out myself? I would not even have complained if he apologized but he literally seemed like he...

There are probably 20 different cupcake options, in cluding a gluten free or sugar free red velvet(the most popular flavor). They also had 4 or 5 different cookie options.
Each cupcake comes in a small, sturdy box with a cutout inside so the cupcake doesnt slide around.
These cupcakes are phenomenal. Each one was super moist. They do have a decent amount of frosting so if you have little ones or its warm out, you definitely want napkins or wetwipes handy. The girls made much less of a mess than i did. I had a double chocolate cupcake and the chocolate curls on top seemed to melt instantly when i touched them. I run a little warmer. My daughter had the same flavor and did not have the melt issue. Just means they use real chocolate in their curls.
My boyfriend had the carrot cake cupcake. He said he wishes all carrot cake was made the same way and was definitely one of the best cupcakes he has ever had.
The girls thought it was pretty cool watching the machine gather up all of the cupcakes. They are a bit pricey but the quality makes them worth the price. The atm operates 24hrs a day so if the store is closed, you can still get your cupcake fix.
Recommend stopping by for a quick treat or to get one of those very rare,...
Read moreI had a sugar free red velvet cupcake from here. It was sweet, moist and fresh - there’s a difference between their cupcakes and store bought grocery store cupcakes for sure. I’ve had their cupcakes fridged and the frosting becomes hard and not as tasteful after it’s been in the fridge. But if you get sprinkles fresh it’s pretty good, it’s really sweet, and more in the pricier side. It’s good if you’re craving a little something sweet, overall would give it a 4/5; it’s nothing beyond the world and meets the expectation for what a fresh cupcake should be! I do think what makes them well branded and special is that they have cupcake atms, so that’s definitely an innovative idea for a cupcake shop. Would I go out of my way to get sprinkles? Probably not. Would I eat it again? Yes, but I wouldn’t choose to eat sprinkles if I had other dessert options at hand. If you’ve never been I think it is worth going at least once though! Parking is...
