I used to love China Jade and went there frequently. I had not been happy the last couple times though, but decided to try again today. I ordered a PuPu Platter for one and combo of egg foo Yung and fried rice. The egg foo Yung was good, rice just so-so.There was very little pork and nothing else- no onions, eggs or sprouts. However, the food on the PuPu Platter was mixed. The wings were pretty good, ribs pretty good, but very fatty; egg roll good but the teriyaki, crab rangoon( no crab) and chicken fingers were bad. One finger was not edible and the server brought a chicken wing to replace it. She was very sweet and I took care of her in my gratuity. I asked her if the owner was in, because I was surprised they let that even leave the kitchen. The man working the door (was not the owner) came over and looked at it and told me it " was the new style ".I sure miss the old China Jade and the place needs new chefs and managers. I was not looking for a free meal, but most places would have taken something off the bill. What a waste of money- never again!!!

Some may not give all five stars for this gem but I absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh made and giant portions! I can't get enough of the staff, they are so fun and always happy, and very witty! 😁This is a stand alone spot with a bar and TV's, open late, and just awesome for American Chinese food! I recommend going, then going again, and again! Here is the Pu Pu platter and Orange chicken!

After moving we decided to try the now closer to home China Jade versus our previous local go-to Chinese place. We were quite a disappointment.

We ordered orange chicken, beef chow foon, spicy string beans, and crab rangoon. A order total of $42. Favorite items we order all the time.

The orange chicken was surprisingly cold, almost as if it was served from a buffet tray and not made to order. Each piece was heavily coated in batter which had retained crispiness, however the thick batter made them difficult to even cut. Inside was a small amount of often dark meat.

The beef chow foon was the best dish, with tender beef strips that were cooked medium and it was hot! I wish it had a vegetable component though.

The crab rangoons were greasy and tasted as if the grease was not recently changed. With only one size order they did come with plenty - perhaps a dozen?

The spicy string beans were also OK, but non-descript. Mushy and without any hint...

Seriously do not know what happened to this restaurant but this is my 5th time eating here in about 5 years because it's that bad really guys you need to do something about the food I don't know what's going on but this is nothing like it used to be the food I ordered last night was horrible absolutely disgusting I wouldn't even call it food it was more like dogshit seriously. And not to mention that when somebody orders a plate of food that is wet you don't go and put crispy chicken fingers on top of the wet food so that by the time you get home with it you have soaking wet chicken it was disgusting in the chicken wings were almost black they were so overcooked couldn't even bite into them not that I tried cuz I couldn't even rip it apart with my fingers I wasn't going to try to...
