Never had this issue before but I guess things change. I ordered delivery to have lunch at my mom's. My issue was with the delivery. The driver named Chloe Renee arrives at the building she doesn't go to the door like someone normally would do every other time. She calls and says I'm here. I said you have to go in the front door and ring the buzzer. She goes in and rings the buzzer and I let her in. 5 to 7 minutes passes by. Then the door buzzer rings again. So I let her in again Then my phone rings. I answer my phone She's like I don't know where to go rudely. I told her all she had to do was follow directions their signs that point where the number for the building is It's not very hard It's a 60 and older community and there is signs. But she was rude so I had to go down and get my food. She just throws my food on the dirty couch where everyone sits and farts and probably pisses themselves. She was in her car before I even got downstairs. She was very disrespectful rude and unprofessional. And you don't take people's food and just put it anyways you want. This person needs to learn some customer service skills and obviously needs to be trained properly. Or needs to get a new job that she don't need to deal with customers. Or she needs to have a job at home where she could be lazy so she don't have to walk up some stairs there was an elevator too so no excuse and plenty of signs. I called the store and let the manager know and she's like I'll talk to her or whatever I'm sure they dealt with it yeah right.. there should been some communication back to me about the situation but once again this place obviously runs their business in an unprofessional way no excuses but I'm sure they got some a mile long.. anyone that orders delivery here Good luck.. get ready to deal with...
Read moreI call them often, because I can't cook worth a darn, and I unfortunately live here now. I used to live in Westbrook, and ordered from the Domino's in Gorham almost daily. Now I'm stick with this one. The food is lower quality and you get less of it, and tonight the employees can't even handle taking orders.
After a full three minutes trying to give one of them my debit card number on the phone, I finally gave up and put my order in myself, online, only to find out that 'light sauce' is somehow not an option on the website, so I had to call back to modify my order after entering it. I got a different employee this time who couldn't seem to find 'light sauce' on his computer either and couldn't simply tell the person making the food, "Hey, put light sauce on that order!"
If the food were better, I could almost ignore the ordering experience, but... this is a lot of effort for not much gain. I'd be better off learning to cook, or buying something microwaveable... or maybe driving 40 minutes to Gorham to pick up food from Domino's there... I think I might do...
Read moreI really enjoy ordering online and coming in and getting it but lately it is a hassle when pizzas come up wrong , not exactly what I ordered. When paying for extras you expect extras in your order... I do understand when dealing with many pizzas mistakes happen but it shouldnt be that way when you have ordered something online then on the box it says something slitely different... also I expect half way decent service.. If I come in and explain what is wrong with my order, you (the employee) should NOT say "well it doesn't look wrong to me" ! What happened to the customer's always right ?? You just took my MONEY & now telling me that is how I want my pizza & what I want it to look like... NO. Sorry but that is completely rude... I just started coming to this domino's and I completely 110% miss the Gorham domino's. Yes it may take a little bit longer but at least it is coming out the exact way you want it to be. I'd much rather you (biddeford domino's) take more time in the making of my pizza than going too quickly and making it...
