Chaya has been great throughout the entire experience. My fiancée and I met with her at her lovely studio, and she got us sized and discussed all of the different options for the engagement ring.

She spoke openly and honestly about everything, and her warm and inviting personality made us feel very comfortable and sure that we wanted to get our rings from her.

She answered all of the questions we had asked her thoughtfully and thoroughly.

I gave her an unrealistic deadline for finishing the ring, and she was able to get it done in time anyways.

Just by chance, I visited Chaya's business in search of a talented jeweler who could transform my mother's wedding band into a special keepsake for my daughter. Chaya patiently walked me through the options of stone, setting, chain selection, etc. This all occurred during my initial visit on 12/9/24 and she delivered the finished product to me before Christmas, as requested. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire process and came away most impressed with Chaya's talents and professionalism. She assured me the transformation would be done on time and that I would love it. It was, and I do! Working with Chaya was a breath of fresh air! My husband and I were very overwhelmed by the box store jeweler experience when we started looking for engagement rings. Chaya was not at all judgmental about our desire for his and her engagement bands. She was a good listener, a great collaborator, and a very talented and creative metal worker.
