I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app, it charged my credit card (I get an immediate notification by text) and deducted $4 in Subway rewards. My son drove to Subway to pick up the sandwiches and they had no record of the order. I checked my credit card online and it was showing 2 charges for $11 each as a pending charge (double charged me). I sent screen shots of the order and that is was "Paid" via my cc (twice) and that it was for that exact location (52 Elm St. Biddeford, ME) and the store refused to give him the sandwiches saying they had no record of the order even though we had proof of the order and proof of double payment. They told HIM to call the shops in Kennebunk, ME and Scarborough, ME because they sometimes get their orders by mistake. He called Kennebunk, they had no record of it, He could not reach Scarborough because they didn't answer the phone. He went back into the original shop and asked for the corporate phone # or the franchise owner phone # and they said they didn't have either one and told him to "google it". WHAT A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. We got Alex Pizza instead so there was somewhat of a happy ending, but now I have to deal with 2...

So when I do walk inside its ten past the guy apologizes and says he going to make them now. Ok thank you....5 people walk in after that conversation. 3 orders filled prior to mine. Of course I tipped when I walked up to the register when i first arrived...stupid move. There were 4 or 5 employees. Finally walk out at 632...what?! Are you KIDDING me? On line order to keep it simple? Nope don't do it, it's a TRAP for this Subway. Now for the sandwiches...BLT add bacon oil and salt and pepper...no oil dry as all f@q. And then a chicken bacon ranch...no ranch add Baja sauce and add capicola..Capitola...nope not added...paid for it too. And meat...or chicken rather...a whole 4 pcs. Never again. Save your money time dignity and taste buds because this place tastes like it came from a subway tunnel and go to Amatos, D'Angelo or keep it local and order TJs...anything but don't WASTE YOUR HARD...
Read moreI have ordered delivery from this Subway location twice and both times were disappointing. Last weekend, I ordered a sandwich & requested two sauces (both on the side) and left a note in The instruction section as well, explaining/reiterating this.
My food was delivered- on the ground!!! Outside of a hospital. How unclean and gross! Who would want to eat off the ground of a hospital!??
I didn’t even eat any of it… because when I opened the packaging up the sandwich was SOAKED with the two sauces and the bread was soaking, soggy wet. It was a waste of time and money… and frustrating because I was at work and ordered it to have for dinner during a 12+ hour shift.
I have also contacted customer service (via email & the store phone #) to address this issue and have gotten no response thus far. I won’t be back or supporting this business again...
