Best bagels in the state. They're wood-fired and have an amazing crisp char on the outside with a chewy interior. They also do the best salt bagel I have ever had - most places go way too heavy on the salt, but at Rover the salt bagels are salted just enough to season the bagel and whatever topping you choose.

The BLT goes crazy with their roasted tomatoes. Vegetarians, don't sleep on their house-made tofu bacon. Also, one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had.

Their coffee menu is also fantastic.

The fine folks at Rover use a takeout window for pick ups - order online and choose a time slot. On weekends, it might be worth placing your order a few hours before you intend to pick it up. When you get there, there will be a gaggle of customers all waiting for their orders, but make your way to the window and check in with...

Simply the best bagel I've had, ever. I've had bagels in New York City and many a Jewish Deli, but the fresh, warm, well-dressed bagel from Rover topped them all. I got the spicy salmon on an everything bagel and nearly lost my mind. The avacado was perfectly ripe, the spice mild and pleasant, adding substantially to the flavor. I also got an iced Vietnamese coffee and found the strength and flavor of the coffee to be unusually high. The service was excellent. I enjoyed the free foozball table in their dining room. This place was unfortunately very disappointing. All the other reviews were fantastic so we decided to check it out. They completely missed the mark on our order. We asked for our breakfast sandwiches to be dark toasted and they weren't toasted at all. They were cold soggy and greasy. I asked for the maple butter to be on the side, instead of on the sandwich, they loaded it on the sandwich and gave me garlic aioli on the side.

Trusting the reviews I got a half dozen bagels with our sandwiches and I will admit those were very tasty when toasted and prepared at home. We also enjoyed their spicy garlic pepper...
