Average Experience at Arby's

During my recent visit to Arby's, I had a mixed experience that left me with mixed feelings. While the customer service was great and the service itself was speedy, the specific item I ordered, the Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich, was quite disappointing.
First, I would like to commend the staff for their excellent customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure that my order was processed quickly. I appreciate their efforts in providing a pleasant dining experience.
However, when it came to the Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich, I found it lacking in several aspects. The sandwich was heavily mayo-based, which overwhelmed the other flavors and made it feel quite heavy. I was hoping for a more balanced and flavorful combination.
Moreover, the amount of chicken in the sandwich was noticeably insufficient. I expected a generous portion, but it was disappointingly scarce. This made the overall sandwich feel rather underwhelming and left me wanting more substance.
In terms of taste, the sandwich lacked the expected flavors I was anticipating. It fell short in delivering a satisfying and enjoyable eating experience. The overall impression was that the sandwich was lackluster and didn't meet my expectations.
While the customer service and speedy service were positive aspects of my visit, the quality and taste of the Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich were subpar. I hope Arby's takes these points into consideration and works on improving the flavor and portioning of their menu items.

We aimed to enjoy Beef and Cheddar sandwiches along with some deep-fried sides. I used the Arby's app to take advantage of in-app deals, while my friend placed an order at the drive-thru speaker upon arrival.
To comply with legal and practical considerations, I placed my order via the app before leaving the office. Unfortunately, this meant my food was prepared and bagged immediately, causing it to sit on the counter until we arrived. By the time we sat down to eat, my food was cold. Although waiting for my friend's jalapeño poppers to finish frying was understandable, the immediate preparation and subsequent cooling of app-ordered food significantly diminished the overall dining experience; app orders should be prepared upon customer check-in to ensure freshness.
The foil-wrapped items couldn't be microwaved, leaving my French fries inedible and my Beef and Cheddar sandwiches akin to cold cuts. To improve the experience, I suggest modifying the app to prepare food only after checking in at a point-of-sale (POS) system. It was the only thing wrong with her order, but she threw her bag across the counter and told them that they did everything wrong. She made it uncomfortable for everyone in the restaurant. The staff was polite and quickly fixed her order. When they gave her the food and told her that she could keep her first sandwich as well, she threw it. They did a great job keeping things as calm and peaceful as possible despite her behaviors. They didn't try to mock or have eye gestures to indicate any disgust with her when she left.
