This is despicable. Mind you yes it is fast food. We really shouldn’t complain due to it being fast food. However, this is not the first time this store has messed up my order. There is zero mayonnaise on here. They added turkey on my sandwich. What if I was allergic to turkey and that’s why I didn’t get it. How ignorant do you have to be to not know how to make a sandwich. They made the sandwich all wrong. It also was not closed. The bag arrived and was completely open. mind you I got DoorDash, correct I do not have a vehicle right now and due to my autoimmune disorder it’s hard for me to walk outside in the heat. So I don’t even know if the DoorDasher touched my food or did something to my food since it was completely opened. Read moreI am super annoyed by this store and subway itself. I ordered from here last week got my order home and both of my subs smelled so awful and sour. When I took a bite the chicken was so mushy I almost threw up. I have been trying to get in contact with this store also I have went on the app and filed a complaint and someone said to wait for an email with a resolution. I got an email but it said how satisfied are you with the resolution. There was no resolution. I didnt get refunded nor did I get a sorry or anything from subway at all. I order from subway all the time and love it. But this store specifically i will never order from again. I left without my food because the male owner was yelling at us telling us we still had to pay for a mistake without even trying to come up with a resolution together. My sick child who hadn't eaten in 5 days finally wanted this and she didn't even get to eat it because they couldn't simply just fix the sub. I never once said I wouldn't pay extra to redo it.
