Burger King — Restaurant in Big Rapids

So disrespectful, I'm a doordash driver and my wife went in to pick up an order and sat there for 20 min, after standing at the counter not even being acknowledged, my wife gave up saying they looked at her and glared, a couple of school gals she went with, clearly Burger King workers can't put personal matters behind work, so unprofessional, I went in when my frustrated wife came out and one of the gals wanted to argue with me then telling me my customer couldn't have there order and proceeded to unnecessarily threaten to being cops involved, when I wasn't threatening, just stern with them, it's to bad I didn't get there names, I called them while my wife was inside at the counter and told them she was standing there, when I went inside, they wanted to make up 2 different stories, first she wasn't at the counter, and second she was and they said something to her, they need to be fired or learn how to be professional in the work place, shouldn't be that much of a complication to get our doordash customers food, hope burger king sees this review, just cause my wife and a couple of your workers don't have good history doesn't mean it should affect the workplace, my wife can do that, why...

I had oral surgery on my mouth with the dentist extracting 2 teeth. I bought the food to eat much later. I order the Double Whopper with Cheese, No pickles, Heavy Onions , a small fry, and a Large Sprite Combo meal. When I got home, I took 2 Extra strength Tylenol 💪 and went off to sleep. After 2.5-3 hours I decided to eat my food but when I warmed it up I smelled burnt burger. After the ding, I saw my Double Whopper with Cheese so hard and burnt I couldn't finish it. I will stop going to this Burger King FOR ALL BURGERS UFN. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND THIS FRANCHISE HAS NEVER DONE SOMETHING THIS CALLOUS 😑 NO MORE MONEY FOR AWHILE. EZAMPLE: I WENT TO FREMONT, MICHIGAN AND ORDERED THE SAME MEAL AND COULDNT BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCES AND THE REVIEWS TOLD TRUTH. IT WAS ACTUALLY A SANDWICH. AMAZING. GOOD TEAMWORK 👍 GOOD JOB FREMONT. I rarely have a problem with the type and quality of food at any fast food restaurant. After all they all use the exact same products cooked the exact same way every single time. So if I'm having a problem with the taste of my food it's my fault for eating there again. Service on the other hand is a horse of a different color. Ferris State University is across the street for all practical purposes. This Burger King needs to dump the local trash and do some Head Hunting across the road! Kids today think that working any job particularly a fast food job is for sub standard people apparently. My friends would disagree with them. Of course they do own several franchises. Most of the staff are polite and efficient But there is always at least 1 rotten apple that spoils the whole staff.
