I give this place for stars only because their prices are a bit higher than others in town. But they also offer a lower priced selection so it's not all that bad. On the other hand they are a bit higher priced than others because of the quality of product. Back to the old saying "You get what You pay for it" and at Timber you definitely get a super exclusive product at a great price,which isn't the same with other stores and their top shelf items. Other place will definitely charge more than Timber at the higher shelves. My Budtender Correy was awesome with a great personality for the industry as well as knowledge of the products offered. She's on the top of her game,no doubt. I have to end this review saying I definitely give them a 5 on quality,but because my pockets aren't super deep,there's some items I myself will go elsewhere for,but will definitely be back for the flower they have in the future. Manager would not honor sale. I submitted an online order on 7/30/2023 after hours and went to pick it up next day on 7/31/2023. The guy cashing me out said it was too high of an amount to discount so he went to get his manager. The manager said unfortunately it ended at midnight last night. My receipt on my online order says the sale price but he wouldn't change price on register. This was my second time stopping in and my first time ordering online. You think with so many other dispensaries in Big rapids area they would do whatever to please their customers. Unfortunately I'll be taking my business else where. I live 10mins from a dispensary yet I drove 45mins because this dispensary had a different product in stock that I like. I go to dispensaries regularly and spend around $200 bi weekly. Second time visiting Timber, moved to Big Rapids recently. My first visit i was helped by Kristen and my second visit (today) was with Lacy. Both were extremely kind and helpful! They hooked me up with some deals I was unaware of and were knowledgeable on everything I asked about. I walked out with way more product than expected because I couldn’t pass up the BOGO sales that were suggested. They don’t pressure you just simply ask “what brings you in today?” Not many other places I have been to have buy one get one, and not many have wonderful bud tenders like Kristen and Lacy!! One more plug, Timber is the only place in BR that has freeze dried cannabis infused fruit (mangos and peaches), at least from what I was able to find on google....
