When Verizon was Alltel; it was second rate! When Alltel was Century Tel; it was 4th rate! Now; it is #1 rated with me! That is all because of the GREAT service you get when you walk through the door .. especially from Cody! This was not always the case! A few years ago; I was having an issue with my phone service! I went in there and left because of the non-service I was receiving! A few weeks later; I tried again and I again walked out disatisfied! The 3rd time; this stranger named Cody helped me and he has been 'the man' to go to ever since! The other techs are really capable, too, but Cody goes above and beyond to make and 'keep' me satisfied! Sometimes I might not understand what he is saying, but I trust him enough to not worry about it! Asked for my DL showed him then because my account still has my maiden name I needed to show my OLD LICENSE WHICH I DID. He said her maiden name DL was expired so he refused to help her. I have been with verizon for almost 10 years and have NEVER felt with such a Rude ignorant person. She was over 2 hours from home with no way to GPS her way home. Sunday we walked into a different verison and they pulled up all my info never asked for a DL or even my old ID and rreplaced my phone within 10 minutes!!!    Read moreCame there yesterday to get a new phone since I was camping and broke mine. Don't go to this store if you ha e an emergency or need a phone right away. I use my business line almost all day long and use my cell to track my locations when we trail ride. Elijah the sales person refused to help me, gave him 2 forms of ID and still refused. Pretty sure he was getting g a kick out of refusing to go into my account. God forbid you are stuck hours away from home and come to this location to get a phone if yours breaks. Told me I couldn't use my old ID with my maiden name on it because it's expired. Can't really go renew a DL in your maiden name if you no longer have the name!
