Horrible experience with this place in the past. Gonna be honest, I don't know what happened with this Taco Bell, but when I went here last year several of the employees hassled me for staying a while in the lounge and working on business on my laptop in the lobby. They were not busy and they were emply. I was simply trying to do school work and apply for a new job somewhere. They told me I was loitering and the Big Rapids Police would be called. I had been ordering food regularly during my visit and was a regular customer here. It was only early in the day. Often, my orders would be in excess of 29$ and I would often order coffee. I feel this unfair and descrimitory. I took complete offense when I came in several other times and watched the owners keeping track of the time I was in the lounge and even sent their employees over while I was in the lobby to remind me that I could not be in the lobby more then ten minutes. I was eating my food! It's really rude to me after I payed a lot of money and I am trying to eat my food to send someone over to do that. They lost me as a customer because of this. I find this sad because I have a lot of memories of coming here in college early in the mornings with friends and etc at Ferris State University. I even had friends who worked for this location. Everyone used to be super nice. I was so offended by this behavior I actually ended up contacting their district manager and filing a complaint. Read moreI ordered with the app so I could just go in and pick it up like they said. I waited for the app to tell me it was ready before I went in. There were employees family members and kids taking up the whole ordering counter so I had to wait until they were done talking to their kids and significant other before I was helped (about 5 mins) then they couldn't find my order and when they did, they didn't know what kind of drink I ordered. I forgot what drink I ordered so I had to look it up myself and let them know what drink to get me. It was supposed to be simple and easy but was awful customer service. I didn't even get greeted it was more of a blank stare from the employee behind the register, then she looked around to get someone else to help me like she wasn't on the clock or something.
