I went in today and they had pepperoni hot and ready only. The girl said that’s all they had and I told her that would be fine since I was in a hurry. She said anything else would take time. I said fine I will just get what’s ready I’m in a hurry. She set the register to take my payment and left. Payment made she came back to my pizza going out the drive thru window. She smiled and said my pizza will be ready in a few minutes. Really if she finished her job instead of walking away I would have had lunch. I asked for a manager who was no help he had issues doing a refund. I asked for the number of the district manager. A guy walked out and said he was. I told him what happened. I told him about coming in another time for the lunch deal and there were pizzas and it was 10 minutes before the deal was over. The girl at the counter was doing a safe drop and I said it was ok. She finished the drop asked me what I wanted and when I asked her for the lunch deal that was still in the heater she told me that it was to late to get it. I told the wannabe district manager about both experiences and his answer was we do the best we can. No offer of apology no offer of a free pizza. Nothing but probably both orders happened at the same time. Next time order on line. So much for hot and ready. So much for good customer service. I order through the drive thru if they weren't ready they should have brought them out to me that's why you go through the drive thru I explained to the front counter worker that I had waited 20 minutes and the drive thru employee should specify that I needed to come inside to pick up my pizza he did not care literally at all and did not apologize I just explained they need to communicate better with there customers i wasnt even that mad i honestly work in customer service and wanted to give them genuine feedback because unluke them i guess i actually give a shit about the cusromers i serve the guy at the front counter did not even have a sliver of customer service skills or cared I wouldn't be so upset but no apology when you messed...
Read moreOkay, so I've had a long standing relationship with little Caesars pizza for almost 15 years. It's hard to not considering how easy they make getting a hot pizza. But I've never had such a worse experience as when I went here last night. We called in our order and asked for parmesan and butter to be added to the crust(it's super yummy that way). When I went to pick up the pizza, I checked it, not butter or parmesan. So I told the guy behind the counter that I had asked for that. Just on the crust. So he takes the pizzas back and comes back with what now looks like a pizza with soup as the main topping. It was just way too much and made me pretty sick to my stomach.
