So sick of these guys making you wait while they make 50 call in orders before they can even think about helping the people who are actually there in line. Why do call in orders take priority over people who have already been waiting in line?? Make them in back or something and get the line moving. I had nobody behind me and he made me wait till he finished 5 giant sandwiches. All i wanted was 2 toppings and I had to wait for some person who's not even there!! When I called them out, they treated me like I'm stupid and said they started those sandwiches first. Ya I get it. Thats the problem genius. Also stop touching money and then rolling up more sandwiches without switching gloves or washing hands. Its gross and you guys do it...
Read moreI only give this 2 stars BECAUSE!!! The delivery driver was RUDE AF. Placed an order. Apparently he tried to call. Got the number wrong. N called someone in Washington. Then left. We watched him leave. So i call the store. The guy i talked to was very polite. Very nice. However. When the delivery driver FINALLY got here, he called my phone(finally got the number right) and wad rude as hell on the phone. I gave him directions to where we were. When he finally got uo the stairs. Again. Rude as omg!! I couldn't even go to the door. I had to have my bf do it. Acting like it was our fault he couldn't find the place n than called the wrong number. SMDH. I hope that kid works on his customer...

Recently they upped their delivery fee though, and i understand, but on my most recent order, they outsourced their delivery to uber? From the time i submitted my order, it took the food an hour to get here as the driver had 10 other stops to make along the way. its not JJs fault the driver had other stops, its their fault for outsourcing to begin with. i dont go to jjs because they have the best sub in town, i go there because its fast. ill be getting firehouse...
