First, I am a doordasher, and when I arrived to get the order, I could hardly stand inside the building, the smell was unbearable it smelled like someone chemical bombed it my nose hairs felt like they got burned off due to the horrible smell, and it wasn't just me who noticed it, they other 2 sets of customers clearly noticed too as they had to stand outside to breathe right while waiting for their food, I looked at and behind the counters and they look like they haven't been cleaned for days, possibly weeks, food crumbs, floor not swept, stains on floors and counters, my main concern is that horrid smell, please get that fixed ASAP cause I believe NOBODY wants to walk in and be blasted in the nose with amyl nitrate, which is the stuff paramedics use to wake an unconscious person, its those little things they pop and put to your nose that wake you up really unpleasantly, that is literally what it smells like in there, I'm surprised you have anyone coming in for food with that smell,...
Read morePapa Murphy's has become the only choice for our family to meet our occasional pizza cravings. The convenience of being able to walk in, place an order, and walk out the door in less than 10 minutes with a fresh pizza ready to bake is perfect for us. The pizza is made right in front of you, just some good food safety glass between you and the pizza. 10-15 minutes in the oven at home and we have fresh pizza that has always been consistently delicious.

The prices are in line with major pizza places. My opinion is that the money saved by not cooking in the store is invested in better ingredients and a more generous allocation of toppings.
My favorite pizza for times when I have access to an oven to cook it fresh on...
Read moreI used to order pizza at the Henesta store once, sometimes twice a week depending on what is going on. But the last few times I ordered from them they put 1/8th to 1/4 at the most, of the pepperoni on a family size pepperoni pizza that they usually do. It pretty much looked like a cheese pizza with 3 or 4, at the most, pepperoni's on each slice, and some with 1 or 2 pepperonis. As long as I can remember, Papa Murphy's has covered the pizza, crust to crust, in pepperoni and then put a little cheddar cheese on top of the pepperoni, so thats what I'm used to and prefer. It's still good, just not near as good as it usually is. So now I'm back to ordering from the Grand store and driving 3 times the distance because they do the normal amount of pepperoni that covers the pizza like Papa Murphy's usually does. If the Henesta store fixes that, I'll start ordering there again. Other than that,...
