I've shopped here for years, love the jewelry. The owner has done many of my piercings, he's very clean and knowledgeable. I went in today because I had an issue with one of my ear gauges and was searching for advice and the right jewelry. I didn't recognize the employee, but he had a rushed attitude and didn't seem to want to give any advice. I’ve been in Martial arts for a couple years and I’ve studied Bushido for a couple years. This is the second time I’ve tried to come in to buy a katana but instead of letting me inspect their inventory(twice) they SHOW me the sword from behind the counter without getting a feel and weight of the katana. I've bought things from here multiple times hoping that my bad experiences were just bad timing but each time something is wrong. I'm done trying and going to this store. Bags rip/tear or have flaws in them, swords rattle and are loose or loosen quickly and my taser was broken and scuffed.
