Starbucks — Restaurant in Billings

Went here over a week ago and ordered two drinks. Paid for add shots on both and soy milk on mine since I am lactose intolerant and it affects me quite a bit.

I saw the barista pouring what looked like regular milk into my drink. I asked if that was soy milk in it and she said yes it is right.

I got back to hotel I was staying and and drank about a quarter of the drink even though it didn't taste like soy milk. Sure enough my stomach started hurting very bad and I threw out the rest of the drink.

As for both the drinks they definitely didn't have add shots. I attached a photo of my wifes drink.

When someone is spending $20+ dollars for 2 drinks along with a tip for "excellent" service you would expect to get good quality drinks and friendly service. I definitely got neither of these...

Worst customer service ever experienced at a Starbucks. Ordered two drinks one brewed coffee and one green iced tea. Brewed coffee came out with no problems, we sat and waited for another 10 minutes waiting for the tea. At that time it appeared they had forgotten so my hubby went to the counter and waited another 10 minutes before anyone even looked at him let alone acknowledge he was standing there. You can't miss my husband he's 6'4 and we were the only customers in the store. She finally said they were waiting on fresh tea. Communicating that early on would have been favorable. Driving an RV, so online ordered. After placing the order, drove from walmart and parked at the closed restaurant across from this Starbucks. Ended up walking into there parking lot, when a white pickup pulled in. Funny part is, I had to stand on the grass across from the pickup window. (Corvid19 protocol) after several cars, that same white truck got there order and left. I was called to the window, to get my order. If it was raining It would be 0 stars.
