I recently had a delightful dining experience at Fuddruckers, and I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Hailey. From the moment I entered the restaurant, Hailey's politeness and energetic demeanor made me feel welcome and excited about my meal.

Hailey's helpful and personable nature truly stood out during my visit. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all of my needs were met and going above and beyond to make my dining experience memorable. Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced my overall enjoyment.

While Hailey's service was outstanding, I did notice that she, along with several other employees, was not wearing a name tag. As a customer, I find name tags helpful in identifying and acknowledging the staff members who provide excellent service. It would be beneficial if Fuddruckers implemented a policy to ensure that all employees wear name tags, as it helps create a more personal and engaging experience for customers.

Despite this small suggestion, I firmly believe that Hailey deserves high praise for her exceptional service. Some of the worst food I've ever had in America. They should be ashamed to serve those "chicken tenders" which are obviously Tyson brand or a close knockoff, to children. We should have gone to Chick-Fil-A... My "Southwestern" salad was also a complete joke. I won't even waste your time getting into it. The second star is because the ladies at the front counter were nice. But the whole layout felt cheap and cafeteria like. You order at the counter and then sit down and wait. Then you pick up your own food. So, no table service (but they still ask for a tip!). They even make you "build your own" burger. Why tf would I come to a restaurant and want to make my own food!? So bizarre. Really a disappointing experience and makes me regret not going to the Outback Steakhouse which was in the same parking lot. The 4.5 Google rating is incredibly misleading. The quality of their work is truly outstanding, and you can tell that they take great pride in what they do.
