Don’t have details didn’t get to experience, they say they are open till 4, I get there and there is a paper sign saying we are sold out….. which okay no worries supply and demand, however I wanted to get these cupcakes for my girlfriends birthday today, went to website to order some and there is no way to pre order cupcakes….. not a great business model, (my opinion) I work all the way on the west end from 5am to 2pm, and don’t have the luxury of leaving work or being downtown to just go get cupcakes so it would be nice to be able to order online and pick up. Suggestion velvet, allow to pre order and pick up so everyone can enjoy your products, don’t just list a cupcake kit to make your own, again no time to do that for me either….. make your product accessible to everyone not just wealthy business owners downtown who can leave work at 10am to come get cupcakes for the office. Antonia was amazing to work with for our wedding desserts. We requested that she make individual trifles for everyone at our wedding, as well as a small wedding cake for us to cut. She made samples of the trifles in the flavors that we had chose for us to try, and was very open to any changes that we would like in the combination, flavors, and design. The desserts were a hit! She also took two concepts that I had sent to her and created the best wedding cake I could have asked for. She made sure that the desserts were kept cold so that they would still be chilled when they were served. Antonia is such a gem!! She made an absolutely beautiful Minnie Mouse cake for my niece’s 5th birthday. Upon picking it up and driving home, we had a cake crisis and severely messed up the frosting!! I called Antonia (mind you this was after her business hours on a Friday night and we have no personal relationship with her) and she answered. I explained the situation and without hesitation, she was willing to turn around to head back to her store to meet me there to fix the cake!!
