Tonight I pulled into this Wendy's, with one car in front of me at the speaker box to pick up a DoorDash, the man in front of me. Orders and pulls forward. I pulled to the window and asked them if I need to come inside. They said the lobby was closed I said I was there for the person's order. They told me to pull to the window. The person who ordered in front of me. Sat at the window for several minutes. Got that order and left. I then pulled to the window and was told to pull forward and wait for my DoorDash. Order, I then pull forward and I wait and I watched 3 cars that were behind me pulled to the window, get their order and leave I do not understand why Hey DoorDash. Sort of that's already previously been put into the system is 4 orders behind. When it finally gets to me and then when I was talking to an employee about it, another employee came out and told him to go inside. And when I Don', I told her, I was just curious why And was trying to find out she went on to tell me that they had orders before me, which obviously was not true. Because I pulled to the window and told them whose order I was there. For which have automatically put me in cue to be the next in the drive through line. As for the employee, middle age blonde woman, very thin and very rude. Basically told me where to get off, which I do not find very good customer service, and at which point I wasn't even giving anyone a hard time until the car behind me started yelling obscenities at me. I did then stop said a few words I probably shouldn't have even though I did not cuts at her. And I finished putting my order into the phone before I left as she sat back there and yelled at me and she was probably an employee herself. Read moreMessed up order fries burnt. When questioned order mater of factly told that's the order. Never asked what sauce I wanted for the chicken nuggets I ordered just keyed in no sauce. The manager just moved to another issue with our even apologizing that the order was messed up. I waited patiently to ask for crackers for my wife's chilli they helped people after me first then finally acknowledged I was still waiting. I just asked for the crackers just kinda tossed them on the tray. Very disappointing. Tonight they were a lot more organized and very efficient. Only complaint is the frosty I ordered they gave it to me with our a lid tonight's order was to go. So tonight the cashier Yoshi as her name tag reads not very friendly had attitude the receipt reads Ceara guess I won't give them another try worse each time I come in not busy at all.
Worst service ever tonight. I found a piece of plastic in my Frosty I brought it to the attention of the crew the cashier was concerned when she talked to someone I assumed was a manager they didn't even want to talk to me and told the cashier to just throw away. Read moreI checked online what time the lobby closed, and it says 12:30. I got here around 10:15 and walked inside. The kid cleaning the lobby was visibly upset. Apparently, the lobby was closed, but he neglected to lock the door. They took my order inside and then made me go through the drive thru, which had 7 cars in it, hence why I went inside in the first place. When giving me my change, he tried to throw it in my hand and missed it, so I was picking change up off the ground. The girl in the drive thru informed me(with attitude) that I had to go through the drive thru to get my food because the lobby was closed(but doors not locked) even though i was inside already. I told her what the hours said online, and she told me either I was wrong or online was wrong. And to top it off, my order was incorrect. The manager was nice but those two employees are terrible. I did nothing wrong, wendys and their employees did, yet I was made to feel like this whole debacle was my fault.
