Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Biloxi

I went through drive thru at Domino's Pizza located at 1681 Pass Rd. Biloxi, Ms. this past Saturday to order a large chicken, black olives, and bacon along with a two liter orange drink and a box of brownies which cost under $25.00 but this Saturday the drive thru tenant wanted to charge me $33.00 and some change. Of course didn't accept and told the man that was too much! He then asked another employee to show him how to give me a coupon discount which was still too much. So I called and asked for the manager and Roneaha said she was one of the managers and I simply explained to her on what I experienced at her store on Saturday. Instead she got piffy with me and hung the phone up on me. So I called Domino's back up to find out who that manager was that hung up on me. The lady that answered the second time said that Roneaha is only an assistant manager. So I decided to start going to Pizza Hut or Little Caesars for now on....

We made it into the dining room 30 min b4 closing. Pizza was done right when door locked and the manager said "You know the dining room is closed now. Okay so now I have to take my pizza and eat outside in the 100 degree heat. I thought when you arrive in a dining room before closing time you are allowed to stay and finish your food. I'm a customer that pays notva beggar for free. If it were my business at closing time I would notvalliw people in, but out of common courtesy i would allow those who are already there to finish their meal. Thank you for your wonderful service . The dining room closes at 9 but you are still open until 12 . Whats the big problem if a customer arrives b4 the dining room closes and why would they not be able to stay 3 min to finish a meal they paid for. Thanks but no thanks. Ordered a pizza, was told it would take 24 mins. Waited an hour and called the store. Apparently pizza never went out and it has just been sitting on a warming tray. Was told that they didn't have my number to get ahold of me, and never even bothered to ask for my number when I ordered in the first place. So I brushed it off as no big deal and asked to please just have my pizza sent out and confirmed my address. Another 30 minutes passed and I still did not receive my pizza, and to make things worse then place I ordered from is no more than .9 miles away.
