Hookah Up Cafe — Restaurant in Biloxi

This is definitely the worst experience I have ever had at a hookah lounge. I was visiting Biloxi on vacation and decided to hookah and this location came up. We stopped by on Saturday the 22nd and there was a male host and I was told to seat myself and ordered my hookah a daiquiri and one beer. The ordered items came and I was very disappointed. To start the hookah hose was in very bad condition and over used which is not sanitary for a disposable hose and the water in the base was warm. The male host disputed the obvious. I also informed him that there was black specks in the glass and the daiquiri was just clumped and not mixed unsure how that's possible. When I explained the black specks he denied that he saw anything then he took off his glasses and looked harder then again said he didn't see anything so him not being professional and playing and joking I took the straw and picked up one of the many specks and showed it to him and informed him I didn't want a dirty drink. He went on to say your not going to have to go to the hospital for some black specks and that I'm not going to die he promised WHAT!!!!! When he took the hookah and drink he went on to tell another customer I was complaining and will be a problem. I was in disbelief of what I was hearing. At time of checkout he still insisted on charging for a dirty drink NO WAY. I was ok with paying for the hookah and beer but not a unclean drink. He got into a heated argument with my husband calling him a liar and yelling at him causing my husband to tell him about his unprofessional ways and this was in the presence of other customers. I stepped in to ask who was the owner and I would like the number to speak with them and he told me that he was the owner. He went on to call someone on the phone and it sounded like a woman who told him to comp the drink. I don't see how they are still in business with a B rating this guy was making another customers order with no gloves and he's been coughing the whole entire time. I hope the owner understands this guy is not in any way of trained on customer service and should not work there. Soon they will see when others have the same experience. I would not recommend this...

Let me start off by saying that this was our first time coming here about 5 minutes ago. Walked in and we were greeted and sat. The male left and tended to other customers. When he came to take our order he asked what we would like and my friend stated she wanted a bahama, he said he was out. Ok fine well we asks what else do you have and he said just green Apple cooler. Well that made no sense but hey we were about to respond to him but then another customer walked in complaining about a dirty table. Our server literally walked away and didn't say anything. We sat there as we watch him cater to that customer then walk to the register talking and handling a transaction as if we weren't even there.

1st he should have informed us that he would be right back rather than being absent minded and being forgetful. When I explained this to him he shrugged is shoulders as if it was all the same to him...Rude as hell plus that 1 star was very generous... Really need to do better or at least care about the customers you receive... Really should be closed down especially for...

Absolutely brilliant service! The owners are always on their game. She's stern, but always so wholesome and welcoming. DO NOT smoke cigarettes here tho. You will be banned! The atmosphere is immediately relaxing, the knowledge of shisha and moassel is out of this world. They have a recipe book thats super nice (but "ask only") I've been comijg here for years, though not often. Its perfect for a night out when clubs seem too hyper a choice, or a nice valentines day date or blind meet up. I recommend the Warm Hug blend or Pants Dance! (Two apple tastes like black licorice, you've been warned.) Just enjoy the vibes of the darkness and music, the aromas, and the calm owner, bring 35 bucks, and spend a couple hours having a nice...
