Pie Five Pizza — Restaurant in Biloxi

I’ve been going to this restaurant for years. The last several times have been increasingly bad. There’s no coordination between the guys making the pizza and the register worker. When things get busy, several pizza’s are coming out at a time and nobody knows who’s is who’s. People were getting the wrong pizza’s and being sent back in line which caused a lot of confusion. The workers themselves were unprofessional. One had sunglasses and headphones in so he could barely hear the people ordering. The pizza I had last night was paper thin, soggy, and not cut well. it was impossible to pick up and eat. There was no silverware so I tried to roll it up like a hot pocket. It fell apart into a giant slop. Put that together with the poor customer service and no ice in the drink machine and it was a lousy experience to say the least. Tonight the debit machine was down ,I had a comp and had my pizza made ,but I asked for mozzarella cheese and Parmesan.i was not told there was a charge for the extra cheese I only had 4 toppings .at the register I didn't have enough in comps my cash was on my debit card I explained to the shift leader I didn't know about the extra charge ,the guys who fixed the pizza didn't say a word but lied when asked so I said keep that one and I will get one without the extra cheese ,the shift leader said no u will not go to the ATM and get money .I told her I will not she was extremely rude and nasty and I was flabbergasted and embarrassed by this girl .if she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be working with the public .I'm at hardrock 2 times a week I eat at pie five often over the years since they have been here ,but I will never come again the service and quality at this location...

Really great experience! Tried Pie 5 for first time. Went to Hard Rock Casino to hang out with family for Christmas and saw they had a store open inside the Casino next to a Ben and Jerry’s which seems really delightful. I saw they had personal pans and Large size and apparently Large sizes are out of order. I dunno if that’s an ice cream machine is down situation or what but I’d love to try one if I visit soon cause that personal pan pizza I got slapped. The cheese was super melty like Goofy movie pizza or Ninja Turtles pizza like they had in the first movie. I saw they said the oven was acting funny but the pizza came out fine cause it tasted great but I’m curious if they got the oven refurbished how much it would taste different but it seemed great. It’s a really great location being in the casino. Slinging pizzas all day to the slot machine folk, it’s gotta be an endless...
