Would rate this lower than a 1/5 if I could.
Recently the hotel had a “cybersecurity issue” which is fine… however, it somehow ended up being everyone else’s problem? No promotions were gave and instead we received $25 drink and food tickets that could only be used at restaurants who served both.
When approaching said restaurants none of the staff had and idea how to use the coupons and the wait time for a drink or food was longer than an hour. Once they got tired of dealing with the coupons and complaining from guests they closed down all of the restaurants and left a tiny little snack bar open for people to use $50+ coupons on. People ere forced to buy bottles of water and cookies for a total of $15 and forced to surrender the other $35 because the coupons were only going until midnight. It was absolute chaos.
When asking the management staff about the coupons being pretty much a literal scam, the management and uppers were very uncooperative and stress. Understandable, but still not the guests problem. They need to figure that out.
They still figured out how to make the machines run right for taking people’s money all night and the tables were all up and running. However, nothing else seemed to work. When you asked someone about help or a question it always just bounced to another person that had no idea what was going on.
Simply the worst and most unprofessional casino experience I’ve ever had and I can promise I will never go back.
I recommend going to literally any other casino...

The third experience wasn't as pleasant, that's when after one of the lil skits she dug her pants out of her seat in front of our section and thankfully that one didn't make the jumbo tron...some people sometimes forget why they have a job and feel that the public is an interruption to their work.... overall still love our...
Read moreI do have to agree with the coaches on the price of hot dogs and water when they bring thier little leaguer's out there. You guys are making a killing on these items already and it's business, I get it. But a lot of these coaches finance the trip to the stadium and price for tickets out of their own pockets and goodness of thier hearts. I rated u a 5 star because I'm proud of MGM Stadium, the city of Biloxi and the Shuckers. But is it possible the committee representing the concessions could possibly consider a discount on hot dogs and water just for the baseball teams than come in as groups? These coaches have hearts, why don't y'all have a heart and help their little guys and parents out. You could charge 1/3 of what a hot dog and water normally sale for on game night and still make well over 100% profit. Just condsider it pleaae,, and remember... Every person on the Shuckers roster played little league when they were younger. Don't consider it a loss, consider it an investment in the future...
