Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Birch Run Township

Customer service was stellar, so first props for the staff for being kind and listening while extremely busy. That however does not make up for a poor experience overall. My first time at Jimmy John's and this experience has left me with a bad taste about it overall.

My fiancé ordered an unwich, which several bites were literally just lettuce wrap and shredded lettuce, and his beach club didn't even have avacado sauce, so the sandwich was left sauceless. My sandwich was also stacked with lettuce, and sloppily put together, I asked for cucumber and I got them. Two. For a nearly foot long sandwich...not enough by far.

Finally we both wanted tea but both containers were empty so we had to go with lemonade because neither of us drinks soda. Makes me regret getting a combo all together. Not happy with this...

Ordered my sandwich and asked for it without cheese and without mayonnaise, as I am unable to eat either of those things. I confirmed with the clerk twice to make sure my order would be correct. My order was not correct, and upon calling to attempt to fix anything, I was told my next sandwich could be free. How is a free sandwich helping me now, when I’m served food I cannot eat ? I stressed that I am allergic to certain items and I was given them anyway. I understand my own personal responsibility to make sure I do not eat those, but regardless, my order was wrong and I was only offered a replacement next time I’m in. This does not help me as I can’t simply “deal with it” and just eat this sandwich. Hopefully, you guys have a better time handling your business...

Such a great experience for our first dining session in Michigan.

First, the taste of the sandwiches were very good. They may look kinda flat, but it’s actually really packed and an 8 inch sandwich was really filling for each of us.

The service was amazing as well. The girl at the counter as super friendly and super helpful. Gave us recommendations when we asked for it and just so friendly giving us that welcoming feel
