McDonald's — Restaurant in Birch Run Township

I recently visited the Birch Run location to pick up a lunch order that a co-worker had placed online. This is the second time I have visited this location with issues. I understand the food industry has many customers with specific requests and can sometimes be outrageous, but that is no excuse for the rude behavior that I experienced from this staff. This is how my day went. On the app it has an option to pick up in store or at drive through. As I went into the McDonalds and approached the cashier, he could not find my order. Another associate overheard him and assisted in finding the order. When finding it she told me it had not been paid for. Mind you, I already had an online code, payment already processed from cash app and an email confirmation of my order?? The Manager on duty would not assist her at all. He just kept doing his own thing and replied to her “That is just Bullshit and it hasn’t been processed yet.” It was ordered 20 min prior to picking it up. Great customer service right there. She finally just completed the order and was making comments to the other associates. I stood behind the counter to ensure that the food was made without being tampered with. I will Never go back to this location. Also, their prices are way higher than other locations. I don’t want any accommodations other than workers that are understanding and friendly to their customers. This is not one of those places. You can tell the manager does NOT...

I went through the Drive-through Monday 4-4-22, I was rudely laughed at about my request of getting 2 Freshly made Big Mac Meals. I asked to talk to a Manager and I was appalled at what came to the Window. This so called " Manager" looked like she just woke up, her hair was uncombed. Her clothes she was wearing looked as if she just picked them up from the floor or just out of the dirty clothes hamper. As soon as I seen her I knew right then and there it was going to be a NO WIN Situation. I tried to explain what transpired and she immediately became defensive and tried to lie to cover for the person whom was in question that Laughed at my request. I explained to her about Customer Realations and she was very quick tell me that they can have fun on the job. I do understand that people do try to have a good day at work. But when a Customer is either Inside or in the Drive Through that Customer should be their FIRST PRIORITY and there should never be anyone trying to talk over the Customer and to continue any conversations at all whilst that Customer is interacting with anyone from that Business. But I guess it is the Times we live in. To me, it is disturbing and frustrating that Companies let their Businesses be ran by Morally Inept Individuals that will continue to get the Company Bad Reviews like this one. Darn I haven't went in a while and I brought in a cup from another McDonald's and I walked in filled up my cup and went up to the counter to pay for me and my friends refills and the person at the counter walked away from the register and then a women came up to me and had the biggest attitude and said "are you going to pay for you're drinks!" Why ask me if I'm already waiting at the register and proceeded to have an attitude the whole time then finnaly decided to take my order after two minutes then took my order and then even after I paid for everything my two drinks, and sandwich and fry then the unthinkable happened the manager on duty was talking like I was a theif behind the counter In a small huddle with her employee's saying how me refilling my drink is stealing when I just payed for everything I would not go to this McDonald's after 7pm because the customer service is bad and they could of handled that situation better and to talk about a customer that's still at the counter shame I felt targeted I can't believe they did that I hope someone important from this McDonald's reads this like Tony d Anna or candance because this McDonald's in Birch run does not welcome after 7 when ever they get the next crew in is terrible.
