Alright, this is crazy, OK, crazy, lol. You know I try to do a lot of referrals, testimonials, product reviews, I'm a registered secret shopper, though I haven't done much of it as of late. However, one of my major things though that I do, just to do it, is to accurately talk about my experiences at restaurants, and not just sit down restaurants, for me, I think more importantly, fast food restaurants. Because that's what we most deal with on a regular basis. Especially if you're in a hurry, you've got a busy life, or a family that you know, has ball games after school, all kind of stuff, maybe don't get home till late, no time to cook. You know gotta hit the drive through. And what I have to share today is a first. And if I was the regional, or primary head manager over this store, I would be crazy angry. In all my years and massive amounts of fast food, I have never once had this happen. Myself, and my girl decided we wanted Burger King today. Drive through. We had decided before we got there on some great burger sandwiches and onion rings maybe couple shakes and, if course another snack of some sort, to split However, after sitting in a very long wait, fir not many cars, we had time to see some savings. 2 for $5 meals, Juniors. But once we got to the window we realize it's just the juniors, no fries etc, Andrew forgot to order drinks. So, we decide we would just keep the juniors, and at the window said could they please add 2 large shakes and 2 large onion rings. We get to window 1 a guys is there, we try to add to our order, he says let her know at the next window. So we do. So, the lady says no sir, you can't add anything to your order at the window!!! I said ok could we just add drinks then? No sir we don't do that. Uh, I'm ordering, not including the 2 for $5. But like another minimum in $20 or more dollars and this lady said no. So I know this store is losing tons of money daily in drive through. And if they are doing something for window time..they have fail. They are failing miserably and should be taking all the money they can get. Because when we pulled up, there were 4 cars in front of us. And it took roughly 25 minutes if not more to get to the window to pay and grab the food where they then refused us, additional to the order, and lost 5 times the sale. They aren't saving time, or increase output, they are taking longer and costing the location no telling how much money. More importantly, making customers who are advocates of the industry and restuarant, not want to return to the location. Ever...SAD really Burger King is...
Read moreRude customer service!!! I ordered my usual #1 combo plain w/ only meat and cheese with 3 sweet and sour sauces. I worked in fast food since 2014 so I know the gist of proper service. Mistake #1 my order was not repeated at the end. (always repeat the order because there are people that lie and said they said a particular thing as I learned over the years) Mistake #2: the lady at the window handed my food without saying a single word and shut the window as I was saying thank you. Mistake #3 Forgot my cheese and one of my sauces. I came in and explained the issue. Mistake #4: “she didn’t say that” (even though I did because I repeated it twice) She should have said I didn’t hear you or I apologize or yet she could have verified with a receipt. She made the comment I wasn’t charged for the cheese which is fine. She could have ask if you want the cheese you would have to pay for the difference or just give me the cheese without the extra lip. I admit I did have an attitude at the end but they weren’t friendly in the beginning anyways. But I do thank the cook for making me a new burger rather than catching an attitude or trying to argue. I was on the phone with someone and they also heard the rudeness that was being displayed. It’s one thing to have cold food (yes my fries were cold and burger was luke warm) but it’s another thing to have bad customer service. Y’all need to have better training. Read moreI hate playing the race card BUT I am just going to say that MAYBE I was the WRONG Color to be in this restaurant today. To start, the Bathroom didn't have any soap or paper towels. Secondly, I was going to order the Whopper meal for my Breakfast, the Employee told me that it'll be a couple more minutes, I said okay, no big deal to me right now, I had time and it was 9am. I sit for over 45 minutes. Had a couple phone conversations. It was 10am now so I decided to go back to the counter. It was a different employee. I asked for the same thing. She said, it'll be a couple more minutes, so I looked to my left where the first employee was standing and I said, I was told a couple minutes ago 45 minutes ago. She said well it depends on when they take the meat out to cook, I said you have it showing that you serve it for Breakfast, she then said, it also depends on how many employees we have, I said, this is the same story everywhere and you clearly have enough because that employee is just standing there. She continued, I'm just telling you how it is. I turned and walked away before my mouth got me in trouble.
