Okay folks, for everyone saying "this location doesn't exist", be aware that it does exist, but it is actually just a "window" in the cafeteria at the Alabama Power Company headquarters building, and there is no exterior signage on the building. There is metered parking on the street or you can park in the deck about a half-block south on 18th Street. The cafeteria is open to the public; you enter at the main doors below the "Alabama Power" logo and you'll find the servery at the right rear area of the atrium, and there is ample comfortable seating in the well-lit atrium. Read moreWe haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in over 2 years and it was great to get to one here in Birmingham AL. Delt with 3 employees. The Woman taking my order was so nice and friendly as was the woman who brought our order to our table. On the way out we had a fun short conversation with a woman emptying a trash can outside. This was a lovely visit even though it was busy. The line disappeared very quickly so they must know what they're doing. Thank you all!
