The movie was good with latifah and mister from color purple like me had to fight all my life and for the last 30 years I have been the victim! Few times eaten there. Tried double burger was good, slaw good fries good onion rings rings but few and cheese nuggets the least for side orders. Quesadillas burger was better than chicken with only cheese not grilled onions or peppers to fill the bread. I like the crushed ice. but this time I windows were still frozen after 30 minutes stuck like I was in prison with police car #138 ahead and sheriff behind me. The lady got smart when I decided to open the door so this time bought nothing and pulled on through behind the car in front of me. I got a lemon for a car. Keeps locking 3 times now, up brakes squeak all the time. They snatched my glass holder down my Christmas bell's marked orange and blue streaks on my sun visor, deleted twice my mother's phone number from the call list phone directory in the car and both times I called just before arriving. They never know who or how and don't think I should be upset when the other numbers remain. This has nothing to do with anything they just all together same time and I'm holding my peace because other people are important and paid. It was the Fob keyless entry battery in the other new vehicle my mother helps me with being targeted and always losing along with me. Business is good and the police department $5 dollars each report that does nothing and have to return because they have 50 lines to write but use 3 lines and don't get that right so amending or look retarded when say egyptian and get black. Atlanta and get california. Gray Purses left in my yard and they ask me why when I say it might be a bomb. I should have looked inside for money and threw in the street out of my way. But then they would say I stole it. So sick 🤢 of people doing...
Read moreI used to eat cookout pretty much everyday when I lived in Virginia and if it wasn’t for the fact that this one is so close to my house and I love the food so much, I wouldn’t go.
Your employees never ask if I want condiments/sauces and too many times I ask for simple things like “cookout sauce” and then I forget to check before I leave and when I get home there’s nothing. I forget to check cause I always feel rushed and like I’m inconveniencing you for doing your job when ordering food both through the drive thru and in the store, my food is always handed to me like I’m a problem.
Today I had Fernando as my cashier, who I literally asked for cookout sauce and pretty much ignored me. So thanks Fernando, loved eating my dry chicken strips and chicken quesadillas.
At first I thought it was just a mistake with my food orders and that’s cool, mistakes happen but every time I order food from this location which is every other day you always have terrible service and somehow mess up my order.
With as much as the employees get paid you would think they could find better candidates to work for them but this location always seems to disappoint.
I’m probably going to go back to eating Panera every other day, better customer service and healthier food.
Reading all these reviews and seeing corporate respond to them with the same cut and paste response shows that they know it’s been a problem but clearly they’re not doing...

I am deeply disappointed and disgusted with what happened today. I just got home off of Active Duty Orders with the Air Force and decided to surprise my parents. My father really enjoys the milkshakes from here. I stopped by and ordered milkshakes with extra Oreos in them. But, when I received the shakes I noticed that there were very little Oreos. I took them back through the line and was politely informed that the Oreo pieces were small. I asked if I could just drive around and show what the shake looked like, and was inform that I could. The young lady at the window immediately apologized and took the drinks to remake them. I head on home to my parents house. This is where it get disgusting... My father starts eating his milkshake with a spoon, and notices it was stringy as he pulls the spoon out the shake...so he continues to pull it completely out and y'all...i'm gonna leave it to your imagination as to what was at the bottom of the spoon. SMDH I want to puke while writing this.
If this is how cooks and servers act after being asked to remake a milkshake. I don't even want to imagine what happens if it's a cooked food item. My family will no longer be eating at this chain restaurant and I hope some more people with take a raincheck at this specific location....
