if you’re looking for the perfect evening, i cannot recommend bygones enough! from the moment you walk through the door, you’re treated like a longtime friend. the entire staff clearly loves what they do, and it shows in every detail-from the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the quality of the drinks and service. the service was genuinely outstanding. our cocktails were made and delivered quickly, but without ever feeling rushed. every drink we had was thoughtfully crafted and absolutely worth it. the decor was so cozy and inviting, we honestly didn’t want to leave. the owners and staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great time, and it made the entire night feel special. bygones is a gem and i am already looking forward to coming back!

Absolutely loved Bygones Cocktail bar. The ambiance was super nice, employees were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the drinks were fantastic. There was an extra level of gastronomy in these cocktails. Definitely the place to go if you want elevated and imaginative versions of familiar classic cocktails. Loved the Bandelero and blackberry mint negroni.

This is hands down my favorite bar in Birmingham! The service, atmosphere and drinks are unparalleled anywhere else in the city. Everyone on staff is so friendly and accommodating, and everyone I've taken here has felt so welcomed by the bartenders. I would recommend this place for a date night out, friends/group night out or someone looking to grab a drink by themselves - it fits any vibe. Michael and Phillip did an amazing job creating this place and their dedication to hospitality shines through every detail! This place has a fantastic chill vibe with relaxing ambiance in a newly remodeled space that exudes vintage craft cocktails. The natural red brick walls and hard wood oak cabinetry at the bar sets the tone for this fine but not pretentious drinking establishment. The lightning sets the mood with warm incandescent lights throughout. This place gets all the little details right!

And the cocktails! Perfectly crafted by true artisans/ mixologists (see Andrew he will make things awesome)! You will not be disappointed. So revisit and experience a "Bygones" era today!
