Wish I could give no stars. I waited for longer than 60 seconds at the speaker. No visible cars in front of me. Gave a very simple order that I had to repeat. When I got to the window, even though no one was behind me, I was asked to pull forward. I really hate that. I hate paying and not being able to check my food at the window where I have immediate access to service. A gentleman brought my order to me. He was wearing gloves. But whoever prepared the order did not wear gloves. I know because there was a giant blue thumbprint inside my fry container where the blue dye on the boxes bled off. I also ruined my work pants because of that blue dye. But that gentlemen did not bring my ice cream. I alerted him right away. He nodded and went back inside. I then waited for 7 minutes for my ice cream. Finally the original person who so slowly took my order came out for another customer. I let hom finish his business there, and then alerted him to my missing ice cream. He waved his hands frantically at me and just said "I'm doing another order now." And continued back into the store. How unprofessional. How terrible to treat a paying customer, who has now been waiting well over ten minutes for fast food. I exited my vehicle and went in the store to tell them I just wanted a refund, but I noticed that he had gone behind the counter and was already on his way back to me with my melted ice cream that had been presumably sitting on the counter for the entirety of the time I had been waiting. He didn't even apologize. To avoid confrontation, I just took it and left. I will never be back to this establishment again. It is disgusting how lazy, and rude these people...
Read moreSomething is going on at this location. It used to be a decent fast food option but it seems to be going down the toilet fast. The last three times I have visited the drive through I was asked to wait a moment before placing my order. The moment turned into about 3 minutes. It took me 17 minutes from the time I placed the order until I finally got the food. As soon as I pulled up to the window they took payment and gave me the blizzards. I waited for 10 minutes while they cooked the fries and chicken strips. By the time I got the strips and fries, the blizzards were melted. They should have at least put the blizzards in a freezer until the rest of my order was ready. We went inside a couple of weeks ago and it was very messy. As far as I can tell the management has either changed or they have given up on life and do not care any more. I really try and give good reviews for good service and I don’t enjoy giving negative reviews. That being said, when you spend 26 dollars for 2 meals and 2 blizzards and the food is inferior to other similar restaurants not to mention the sloppy service, the only recourse that I have is to share my experience. Read moreI pulled up and placed my order for a medium ice cream cone, dipped. The woman didn't repeat my order or give me my total. She said pull around. Upon pulling around, the drive thru window was blocked by a parked car. After a moment the car pulled forward just enough for me to reach the window. The woman opens the window and tells me a total with a very small, poorly dipped cone in her hand. I said, "ma'am, is that a medium?" She slammed the door, opened it back up with a higher price and the same cone in her hand. Since she didn't answer my question before, I asked again, "is that a medium?" This woman immediately responds with, "Imma fix it! We all make mistakes. I'm just a human. I must have misunderstood you!"
Here's the deal, I would have just purchased the smaller one at a lesser price rather than have her remake it, but she didnt respond when I asked the size the first time. Her tone and body language were very confrontational. She proceeds to hand me a cone, the right size, but it was sideways on the cone, only partially dipped, and had wet dip on it, dripping down. On highway 280, in the dead of summer, (without AC,) the last thing I had time for was an ice cream mess everywhere. I would have appreciated a decent response when I inquired about the first cone. Or even better if she had just repeated my order back and given me my total at the box, before I pulled around and had to wait on what appeared to be a personal visit blocking the windows,...
