Bullet Coffee Company — Restaurant in Birmingham

I absolutely LOVE Bullet buuut this past Sunday I may just not go back. The girl who took my order was sooo sweet and told me to pull around where this younger looking guy handed me my coffee and I paid and gave him my stamp card. My boyfriend noticed that it didn’t say caramel on my cup so he suggested I take a sip before we drove off and glad I did because it was made wrong. I told the guy hey it was supposed to be a caramel iced latte and he just had the biggest attitude and got mad at me. So he took it to not remake it but pumped caramel in it and said here and I was in shock. I took it and as we were about to drive off I asked for my stamp card and he said he gave it back to me and I said no sorry you didn’t. He again with the biggest attitude said well I don’t have it. Been there several times and ordered different coffees each time I went. So far, everything has tasted very good, and it's a guilty pleasure of mine that I visit several times a week. One of my favorite aspects by far has been the temperature of the hot coffee. Mcdonalds and Starbucks coffee will burn your tongue if you try to drink it right away. You must wait nearly 30 minutes before it is edible. Bullet coffee can be drank right away, which is a huge bonus for me. Something else worth mentioning is that its faster than a starbucks. The cashier has been very polite each time I went as well, serving the coffee with a smile and upbeat tone. Either way, I would highly recommend this coffee place, and I will be going there for many more...

I had a really bad experience at this drive-through coffee shop. I placed a simple order for an iced coffee and was given a hot one instead. When I politely brought it to their attention, the manager on duty—who I believe was named Lauren—was completely unprofessional and dismissive. She didn’t apologize, didn’t offer to fix it, and honestly seemed like she couldn’t care less. She was very diminishing towards her staff. It was clear she wasn’t listening to my order and wasn’t interested in making things right. If this is the kind of service they think is acceptable, I won’t be back. I’d much rather support a local spot where the staff actually values their customers and gets...
